Using FP+ is almost like a rocket science

just came back from a 5 night stay at WDW and it was my first time using FP+ system. It's to my observation that not everyone is taking the advantage of it and many ppl don't manage FP+ from their phones. Lines at kiosk were long during the past week. I also had to be on MDE constantly to move my FP+ times around to fit our schedule or to get more FP+ after using the first 3. I also had to time it properly from getting one ride to another ride. My mind was calculating the time and distance non-stop and it was stressful! DH didn't even bother to study how FP+ system works and just followed me.
 
Last trip MDE did not work at all on my iphone, guest services said that happens sometimes and didn't seem to be able to do much about it. I am happy they at least have the kiosks still there in case I have service issues again. I totally agree that it is a lot to learn and figure out, one person always seems to be tasked with being the FP+ guru and booker! I am happy to pass along the torch to another family member but so far there are no takers.

There are thousands of WDW guests who do not carry smart phones/devices into the parks.
Disney must maintain FP+ kiosks for all of those guests to use.
