Updated Disney Gift Card Deals and More

@holyrita will you be stacking to earn more than 10%?
Just saying,
5% is typical via Target, 10% is fine via RMN, again YMMV. If you can earn 15%-20% or more, that should be your goal.

The only time many will do 5% and/or 10% is if they plan on vacationing soon or if DVC dues are due. $500 is a lot of out of pocket (OOP) money, are there any offers in Post #1 Disney Deals that can save you more?

Oh, to answer your question, a few have done $500 with payout. Personally, I'm not sure I would take the risk.

Thank you @FoxC63 These are my last 2 prepaid digital cards from Swagbucks. Hopefully I can get the funds back and use them somewhere before they expire at the end of the month.

And this is it, these will not work at ShopDisney. They use to but not any more. I'm not sure when things changed but we do have several posts of cancellations.

I know there are several peeps who use Swagbucks, please post where you use your prepaid Visa digital cards?
I'm looking for most recently.

I used to use the digital Visas through Paypal at ShopDisney but the last time it wouldn't work. I was able to use my digital Visa through Target, I bought a Disney gift card. Just make sure your addresses match. Hope the helps!

15%-20% or more sounds wonderful 😄 but I did use my two Chase shopDisney 10% offers and a 10% Rite Aid, though all on separate purchases. I did buy enough at each to get the maximum cash back. I don't live near the other stores listed in post #1 and sadly haven't been targeted for the Best Buy, CVS, Home Depot ones.

In addition to DVC dues that I feel like will be here before I know it, I have a couple upcoming trips this fall and holiday season + special even tickets to buy, I'd rather have the (Disney) cash on hand.. if that makes sense? If you see a way to stack deals that I'm not or have any other advice lmk!

[I also had a couple of orders at gift card deal (🤬) go unfulfilled.. they were my go-to for quick and large 16% off purchases.]

Im not sure this is the place to ask this but everyone here seems so knowledgeable. I have the Hilton offer, buy X amount of points and get X amount free. So i can buy 100,000 points for $1000, and get another 100,000 points for free. Does that seem like a good deal? I know ive seem this deal in the past but passed on it and i cant remember why??

I bet ThePointsGuy can answer that for you..... I know he has it broke out for Marriott points. Search his website....

I get you now, you're in a bit of a pickle. I'll what I see. For now, I highly recommend signing up for Cash App boost.
You never know when a deal will pop up and you need to be ready for it. ::yes::
Thanks!! Does there have to be a certain amount of time between transactions, like once per calendar day, rolling 24 hours, or anything like that?
I've done am, noon and pm - three separate transactions in one day and received cb on all. YMMV.

That site isn't the best for determining point values or much else really. They tend to inflate what the points are actually worth.

I would suggest asking this on the I love credit card thread since it's full of people that redeem points that will be better able to help.

Also helpful to know what you would do with the points, where, how soon etc as that will also affect the value.

This is tricky because we don't have all the facts. Check out this 2021 Article which still holds true and as @afan recommends try the Credit Card thread

They do that deal all year long up to 160,000 Hilton points are get around .05 in the us(what this deal is) but usually 2+ outside it. To decide if this is a good deal you need to price your room in points and divide the cash cost to see if it’s more than .05 per point.

please post your results. Last time I used a VV directly on ShipDisney, the order was cancelled because the don’t like those prepaid cards. Never had a problem using them thru Paypal until this weekend.
Didn't work for me either... very strange...

Edited to say I should have finished reading all the posts... My card was from SB. The last time I purchased using a card from SB was 6/28 and it worked fine. Guess I will try Target!

Good to know, I will look into Cash App tonight! Just placed an order at shopDisney through RMN 🤞Maybe I'm used to Rakuten, but RMN didn't ask me to install an extension or anything.. hopefully I didn't do it wrong and they were able to track my purchase!
