I've been waiting for this since last year. I'm glad that Vicki is Team Monkey Bride!!! I'm not giving up the fight until each and every one of you sees her.

the Monkey Bride is "allegedly" found some times of the year in the attic portion of the Haunted Mansion ride (where the bride and groom pictures are). She moves around so "Team Monkey Bride" tries to find her. Last year there was a heated discussion on whether she actually exists or is the figment of some people's imagination. I am trying to keep an open mind.

that is why fairykin has so many monkey tags and Wendy mentions monkeys a lot too.

I was wondering if anyone was going to be at the park in the morning on the 24th (Saturday) I know we will be meeting up later on for dinner but now that I'm thinking about it, I'd rather not have to drive back to my dorm and drive back to Disneyland the next day.

Anyone need a roomie for one night? I could chip in $25 bucks

You must believe in the Monkey Bride to see her! I'm sure a banana would help to lure her out of hiding, you could probably make monkey noises too. I'm so happy to have another believer on board Team Monkey Bride!

aww man i just noticed that the steam trains are going to be down for refurb...im sadmy boy loves the trains and was really looking forward to riding them....steam train and casey jr. will be down...what were they thinking??? didnt they know I was coming????

I felt the same way. We love Casey Jr. and knew it was going to be down, but then I saw that the steam trains were, too. I will miss riding them but I'm determined to seek consolation in the Monkey Bride.

Hi everybody! Happy last day of September......can you believe it??

I just bought my Mickey party ticket for the 23rd...
I will also be coming to watch fireworks from Plaza Inn...so I can be a table sitter there too. What time are you all heading over there? I get off work at 6:30pm, so will come right after.
What are the lunch details for Sunday? Have ressie's already been made? I am thinking of trying to join that too, if there is room. I've never eaten there

The maintenance man just came to check for gas leaks. My roomie Beth came home to a very smelly apt and went down with Lisa to talk to the housing office. The gas reader went berserk in my room. I though, 'Hey maybe that's why I can't get up in the morning'

Just wanted to let you all know i haven't forgotten to reply to the questions about my mom's party...i'm just not feeling really well.. stupid asthma.
i'll working on an event thursday and friday then saturday decorating my husbands new office.

But everything is still a go and i will send out pm's as reminders on the time, location and date next week.
