I am trying to submit my passenger info for our stay at AOA. First it doesn't recognize the address and secondly it won't save the other information. Should I call them or just show up early to the airport?

The airline does not need to know your resort (or hotel) information and the resort does not need to know your airline information.

For Magical Express you need to make an advance reservation. Call Magical Express directly (866-599-0951) if it has gotten down to just a few days in advance and you are unable to get in touch with a travel agency through which you booked the resort.

If you haven't arranged the DME trip back to the airport sooner, then do that after getting to your resort and at any rate on or before the morning of the day before the day you check out.

Actually as a Canadian, we are required for security reasons to provide our destination info which is passed on to the TSA. I am just trying to figure out if it is required before we get to the airport or not

We've already provided our flight info to DME.

No, it's not. All the TSA people need is the name on your passport and your birth date. Air Canada took that when you bought your ticket (assuming you booked on line, the website will not let you finish the booking without this information).

The other information is for customs/immigration (well, pre-clearance). It is the same information that you'll fill out on the form (which you fill in whether your do it online or not). They say it saves you time, but I've never noticed a difference. Heck, I've flown after putting the wrong passport number in (not something I recommend, I just forgot that I had new passport number) and it was never even noticed (I had the right number on the form that I filled in at the airport).

ETA - Whoops, now see that it is United. The same things applies (all you need ahead of time is name and birth date), but I'm not sure that United forced you to give it. I am fairly certain that they did (you need to submit it 24-48 hours before flight time).

ETA2 - This is from Air Canada, but since the rules are not airline specific, they should help. Just put in as much address information as you can (even just city and state).

Alright so after calling united, what they need in advanced is our name, date of birth and gender. At the airport we can give them our passport info and destination info.
