Unique food ideas

Hello everyone,

So, I am a big fan of watching the wedding shows on TLC and WE tv and on a lot of them they have some great ideas for unique ways to present food and beverages. One I saw was that they used liquid nitrogen in their signature drink so that is smoked while people drank it. I have also seen the staff cook steaks table side. Are there any unique things that disney does that we can request for our planning session? We really want something to wow our guests.

The only item we had that I don't hear mentioned often was a flambe as part of the dessert menu. I was so "busy" the night of the dessert party that I didn't realize until recently what a big hit it was. I will say everything that we had between the Napa room and the dessert party was a HUGE hit. The guests still talk about how wonderful everything was.
