does undercover tourist take prepaid visa gift cards? I'd like to purchase one with my target red card and then use it online for extra savings. Thanks!

Target doesn't give the usual 5% REDCard discount on prepaid cards. Not only that, but the cards have an activation fee that adds another $5-$6 to their cost, which means that you would be spending more $$ by adding that extra step not saving money.

I knew they did it on gifts cards but I wasn't sure on visa gift cards. Even with the activation fee.. It was still an 11 dollars savings. Thanks for your input!
