Unable to modify reservation?

So after WestJet changed our flight to arriving at almost midnight, I thought maybe I will drop the first night of our reservation at wdw and stay at the airport.

When I tried to modify my reservation it said nothing was available? Out of curiosity I searched for availability for our dates and nothing came up at any hotel.

Anyone have the same issue?

They haven't been allowing dropping a night off a reservation for quite some time. I think you need to cancel and recook to do that. I'd give them a call

Typically if you are dropping a day off your reservation, I’ve had to call them and they were able to do it via their systems and not change the price that I was able to get without issues. As annoying as it is to more than likely be on hold a bit with Disney, it’s a fairly easy process to drop a day.

Thanks. Looks like there is no availability at any resort.

According to a post on the resorts board, I’ve picked a week where Presidents’ Day and the marathon weekend collide. Just my luck lol.

Really? I’ve done it twice in the last 6 months? They definitely make it hard to impossible online but calling them I’ve never had issues.

I would put late arrival on your reservation. We have arrived well into the wee hours taking the last AC flight out of Toronto and being delayed.
