ultimate tickets question

I was wondering if you have to purchase the ultimate park hopper tickets in order receive the ability to "charge" to your room key.

OR

Can anyone staying on-site use this feature regardless of ticket type?

I believe it goes on your room key, so you should be able to charge. Just like at any other hotel/resort.

The purchase of tickets (any tickets) is not related to or required to have your resort ID set up for charge privilieges. Anyone staying at a Disney resort can do this.
