Trouble signing in to Disney Direct

    Is anyone else not able to sign in to Disney Direct? I have not been able to sign in for at least a week! :confused3

    When I emailed guest services this is the reply I got:

    "At this time, our member login benefits are not available while we make
    some improvements to our site.

    Please place your order online, and once this is complete, you may send
    us an e-mail with your name, address, online order number, and the
    benefit or promotion you should receive. We will then apply the
    discount manually to your order.

    We thank you for your patience while we make improvements to our system."

    I am wondering how long these things take!!!!

    I have probllems there all the time! I am excited when I can get in and it actually connects to the page I am looking for - it usually takes me back the home page, again and again.

    Check your privacy setting in your internet browser. I reduce my setting while I'm on the Disney site, then I return my privacy setting to a higher level. If you have a higher security setting, your login fails.

    Thank you! My login has ALWAYS failed, and this is probably why.
