Tuesday
b/fast - ceral -250 cals
snack -
choc - 100 cals
lunch 2 smll cheese/ham rolls, lf yogurt, strawberries,
chocolate 
- 600 cals
dinner - stir fry chk noodle & veg, lf choc mousse,
apple pie - 700 cals
total cals - so far - 1700 (400 - 500 cals worth of chocolate there!)
have to add 3 pieces of crusty bread with french brie on & a lf (HAH) hot choc drink - so that proberbly took me over 2000 cals

i blame the darn weather!!
on top of that didnt get to gym as snow was so bad!
Wednesday
school closed due to weather - so slept in till 10am
b/fast (or should i say brunch?!!?) - cereal - 250 cals
snack - choc

- 100 cals
lunch - prawn salad, lf yogurt - 400 cals
dinner - baked potato with lf cheese, pork chop & salad,
fresh fruit salad - 600 cals
exercise - was debating whether i could get the car through the snow to spinning class, but then got a call saying it was cancelled as instructor had been in a car accident! hope shes ok - she hurt her back the other day falling on ice too!
SOoooo no exercise again - im feeling horrible too!
i did venture out onto the street & ended up walking elderly neighbours dog - very short walk though

& helped push another neighbours car that had got stuck in the snow, oh & i brushed snow off the shed roof & swing seat with a brush!!
spent the rest of the day sat on my a$$ on the computer
School is closed tomorrow too

might try & get to the gym during daylight hours - i know the car park is terrible but....we'll see!
