sorry i've been MIA!!!

stupid computer is broken - on DD's laptop - but it takes some to prise it out of her hands!!!

been busy too - monday - governors meeting - they have increased our working hours so more money for the wdw fund ;)
went to see il divo last wednesday - amazing :worship:
Thursday - theatre to see a friend in Annie

neighbour & partner split up ...gain... so been their a lot in the evenings trying to cheer her up!

WI last week - 11 stone 11 lb's (165 lb's)

food - great - still counting cals
exercise - awesome - 900 cals on saturday & sunday!!!!

saturday
b/fast - cereal
lunch - soup, 1 slice of bread, glass of cranberry/pomegranete juice
dinner - boiled potatos, tuna steak, salad, mini corn cob,
snack - cheesespread/breadstick dip
1/2 bottle red wine (with neighbour)

total cals - 1600

exercise - gym - 900 cals :cool1:

sunday
b/fast - cereal
lunch - turkey, wholemeal rice in low fat sauce
dinner -2 cheese/ham rolls, apple,
snack - 5 crispbreads with lf cheese/onion filler, 1 smll cookie

total cals - 1600

exercise - 45 mins spinning, TM, 10 lengths in pool - 900 cals

monday
teacher off sick - i covered class ALL day - shattered!!
b/fast - cereal
snack - smll banana
lunch - chk salad, yogurt, strawberries
dinner - quiche, ine baked potatos, mini corn cob
snack - cheesespread/ breadstick dip

total cals - 1400

exercise - walked to & from work

Tuesday
teacher back :cool1:
b/fast - cereal
lunch - prawn salad, strawberries, yogurt
dinner - med baked potato, lf chk filler, WW mousse

total cals - 1400

exercise - gym 600 cals

cough still around but managing to sleep through now :)
at a conference tomorrow - usually have lovely food - so gotta be good!!
cat keeps trying to sit on the laptop to get on my knee!!!!

well i survived the conference!!

coldnt resist a mini cinnamon roll or the choc mousse dessert but everything else was good & i did my 1st advanced spinning class tonight!!!

Wednesday
b/fast - cereal
snack - mini cinnamon roll
lunch - salmon steak, boiled potatos, choc mousse :love:
dinner - healthy maccoroni cheese meal

estimating on the high side total cals - 1600

exercise - TM, 45 mins spinning - 700 cals

i'm really enjoying spinning - its kind of addictive :)

Have you noticed a difference in your legs from spinning?

No worries about the mini cinnamon roll or the chocolate mousse...I bet you burned it all off in your advanced spinning class yesterday!:thumbsup2 Great job on the workout!:cheer2:

A cinnamon roll and some chocolate mousse never killed anybody so don't stress! See how far you have come, to be addicted to spinning! Keep up the good work!:goodvibes

diner - turkey, wholemeal rice lf curry sauce, 1/3 of nam bread

exercse - 600 cals at gym

Friday
today was red nose day - which is a national fund raising day based on comedy so for school we had to 'wear something funny for money' i have to say it was lovely going to work in my pj's & slippers :)

b/fast - cereal
snack - mini choc bar
lunch - 2 slices seeded bread with lf filler, yogurt, pineapple
dinner - fish & chips

total cals - 1600

exercise - walked to work (not in pj's!!)

DH bought me home as i was given a huge cinderella from a display that was taken down :)

Saturday
b/fast - cereal
lunch - 2 egg omlette with ham, mushroom, red onion & lf cheese, glass of juice, lf choc mousse
dinner - ate out - prawn salad with baked potato, had somer popcrn while watching a movie

cals - 1500

exercise - gym 700 cals

been looking at pics of csr & have to say i'm getting very excited about staying their - looks lovely :)

You will love CSR, I know we did. And that was before the refurb and the queen beds! Its a great resort to just enjoy and relax in. They have a spa and salon which is nice. I think you made a great choice!
 
PJs & Work sound like a perfect match! I used to love doing that when I taught! Cinderella? How cool!

Thats exactly how i felt Julie - its took me 3 yrs to pluck up the courage & i'm so glad i did - my butt hurt after the 1st class but from then on i've been fine - it sooo suprised me!!!

Tracy - the cinderella is a cardboard cut out! wanted to put her on the bedroom wall but DH wasnt having it ;) so shes in the spare bedroom at the moment!

Amy - i didnt even know CSR rooms had been refurbed until i was dising it the other day :) i think i could spend all week their & not go near the parks!! But of course i will :)

ok DD & i have just had a massive row over the laptop :( she has a lousy attitude at the moment! :sad2:
i mentioned on Amys journal that my DD told me the other day - ''when we go to wdw next year i'll have officially left school'' !!! she is staying on but it just hit home & then i realised that as we go to wdw every 2 yrs the next time after next yr she'll be 18 & might not want to come away with us :(
so next yrs trip is now officially DD's sweet 16 trip

food been good all week - i have kept a record but havnt got the energy to type it all up from sunday!!

Tracey, I am telling you, I am very close to buying ds his own laptop. 90% of his homework is on the computer. And 90% of my lonely nights while dh works needs to be spent on the disboards! Bad combo!

Sweet 16, I can't believe she'll be 16 when you go!

Keep up the good work, so your butt only hurt after the first class? I may have to give that a try after I lose some more weight! They all look so sweaty when they come out at my gym so it looks like a fabo fat burner!

Great job on your food and workouts.:cheer2: I was thinking of you the other day when I was at the gym and the spinning class was going on. I would take a class there, but the spinning room is about the size of a postage stamp.:eek: I don't think I want to be that close to people while working out. I need me some space!:laughing:
