stupid computer is broken - on DD's laptop - but it takes some to prise it out of her hands!!!
been busy too - monday - governors meeting - they have increased our working hours so more money for the wdw fund

went to see il divo last wednesday - amazing
Thursday - theatre to see a friend in Annie
neighbour & partner split up ...gain... so been their a lot in the evenings trying to cheer her up!
WI last week - 11 stone 11 lb's (165 lb's)
food - great - still counting cals
exercise - awesome - 900 cals on saturday & sunday!!!!

lunch - soup, 1 slice of bread, glass of cranberry/pomegranete juice
dinner - boiled potatos, tuna steak, salad, mini corn cob,
snack - cheesespread/breadstick dip
1/2 bottle red wine (with neighbour)
total cals - 1600
exercise - gym - 900 cals
sunday
b/fast - cereal
lunch - turkey, wholemeal rice in low fat sauce
dinner -2 cheese/ham rolls, apple,
snack - 5 crispbreads with lf cheese/onion filler, 1 smll cookie
total cals - 1600
exercise - 45 mins spinning, TM, 10 lengths in pool - 900 cals
monday
teacher off sick - i covered class ALL day - shattered!!
b/fast - cereal
snack - smll banana
lunch - chk salad, yogurt, strawberries
dinner - quiche, ine baked potatos, mini corn cob
snack - cheesespread/ breadstick dip
total cals - 1400
exercise - walked to & from work

dinner - med baked potato, lf chk filler, WW mousse

cough still around but managing to sleep through now

at a conference tomorrow - usually have lovely food - so gotta be good!!
cat keeps trying to sit on the laptop to get on my knee!!!!
