Tower of Terror for Ceremony or private dinner?

Planning ahead for DH and I's 15th or 20th anniversary vowel renewal. Is it possible to have our ceremony at TOT or to even have a private dinner for just the two of us? Anyone know what this would cost to do either? Also do they offer a picture package that we can have disney's photographer take pictures of us there?

TOT is an important part in us meeting and eventually getting married and would love to have it involved somehow when we renew our vows.
