Hi - if you use this service, do you request anything online? I think I won't put any requests for online check-in, but I called and mimicked the verbiage from my touring plans request to put on my reservation.

Does that sound about right?

I leave the online check in requests blank when i use roomfinder (although the last 2 times I stayed, we got there early so I didn't care about what I requested)

@sponica is correct. If you use the Touringplans tool or provide the same information from the Touring Plans room finder to a CM to add to your Reservation then you should not enter anything for the requests listed in Online Check-in.

Your "Requests" information is all stored in the same location in your reservation record. If you use mutiple methods to make requests only the last one will be used since it will overwrite any previous data entered.

When you provide your Requests to a CM to add to your reservation please double check that it is in easy to understand terms so it is clear to anyone making your actual room assignment what is your most important request. We always check back with central reservations, and have a CM read us back our requests just to confirm our requests about 10 days before our arrival date.
