Festival of Arts 2026

Thanks! I’ve never heard of Magic, either, lol

Where can I buy the cards? I’d love to take a few home …thanks again !
So, normally they only sell the Lorcana cards at Disney Springs, but during this Festival of the Arts, one of the ways to get a "promo" card, which is one of the EPCOT exclusive cards is to buy what they call a Lorcana Trove, and they have those in one of the Trader shops at EPCOT at the entrance to World Showcase.

You can also look for a Local Gaming Store near where you live, they may have Lorcana in stock too. If you want to learn to play, Wal-Mart had the "Gateway" set of Lorcana for 13 bucks in the board game aisle, and they sometimes carry Lorcana sets in the trading card aisle.

I do want to say this to anyone new to Lorcana; just take a few minutes and look up card types so that you kind of know if you have a special card that you may pull from the free packs in the Lorcana quest books! I had someone hand me a Legendary ranked card for a Common I gave them and I said, "No! put that one in your pocket and don't trade it off unless it's for another higher ranked card," and then showed them what to look for. I also was by a couple who knew nothing and they pulled an Enchanted! It's worth was about 60 bucks so I told them about it, and warned them not to trade it for a common card.

Very kind of you— there are plenty of traders at Disney parks who are perfectly happy fleecing children and adults alike.

What time would you suggest getting in stand by line to see the 5:30 Disney on Broadway show?
They are less popular than say Candlelight Processional. I was there recently at about 5:10 and had no problem getting a decent seat. I would say 5pm would be fine.

Thank you! I wanted to see the early show but didn’t want to have to spend a really long time in line for it, if possible.

Has anybody seen reports of the process to meet Tony Baxter and how competitive it’s been? Do we need to try to wait at his booth right at rope drop or will we have time to wander around and do some Lorcana and visit other art boots?

The line yesterday was SUPER long. If you can I’d have one person wait in line while the others go do Lorcana, and then swap. Tony starts signing at 11 I think so no other booths will be open yet. And his booth is right by the Lorcana area so that makes it easy to do that, if you have someone in your party who can get in line as soon as you get to the park

If you get to Morocco to the lounge entrance before 11am, line up along the wall to the right of the entrance (right when facing the entrance). There is no cm outside telling you this until 11am. And if you are sitting at the tables when it opens you can end up in the back of a super long line.

And we were told, when we went through, that the line was to redeem for the quest books, but if you just wanted to go into the lounge to look around or trade that you could go right in without standing in line. I have no idea if that was just that CM that told us that, or it was that way all the time, but if you just want to go in and look around or trade, it's worth it to ask.

That’s is kind of true. You get in line outside if there is a line. Then when you get to the entrance one direction inside the building is for the quest redemption line. Or you can head the other direction to trade or look around.

ETA: also depends if they are at capacity or not. At capacity, they let people in as people leave.

We went to the 5:30 show last evening, arriving around 5:20 pm, and were able to get seats in the first section (under the roof) but off center. There were plenty of seats further back.

Yesterday was a day where park reservations were not required, so fewer crowds. But I don't think you normally have to queue up too much in advance for any of these shows compared to, for example, Garden Rocks or Eat to the Beat.

Thank you! I would expect it to be super long! Swapping makes a lot of sense, but still not excited at the prospect of waiting around in the morning chill…sounds like they are not doing VQ?

Am I understanding correctly they are both in the central spine that runs from spaceship earth right before you get to the port of entry shop?

Morocco is one of two places to redeem right? Is there a reason to go there specifically? Any tips on trading as my son prepares which cards he will pack this afternoon?

Has anyone here redeemed the Wonderful Walk of Colorful Cuisine? What's the prize this year? I heard yesterday that it's not a yummy this year, it's a spatula. If so, does anyone have a picture of it?

You can redeem quests at the Odyssey or Morocco. The Odyssey only has the redemption for Lorcana quests. We haven’t checked out where in the Odyssey the redemption is. Saw the food and popcorn bucket lines.

The Illumineer’s Lounge at Morocco has quest redemption, a trading board, and trading with other players. There are plenty of tables and chairs inside. No food, drink, or restroom available.

The trading boards board is common for common, uncommon for uncommon, rare for rare, super rare for super rare, legendary for legendary.

Today’s entry to the lounge was a free for all. There was no cm telling people where to form a line until inside the building. People were lined up dead center and to the left and right outside.

As for cards to pack, my son found a fb page that showed all the quest combinations and he packed his trading book with the cards he had on hand for the quest.
