if a resort concierge upgrades your tickets do you tip. how much is the usual tip

Bell Services at FW turned down my tip when picking up items from them about a month ago. When I went to hand him a tip, he very kindly said, “no, you don’t have to do that.” I tried, but he kept shaking his head no. I didn’t want to make him feel uncomfortable, so just said thank you.

That is very interesting. I once offered a tip to someone who was delivering my luggage to the room from Magical Express. It was around 10pm iirc. They declined the tip and I did not reoffer. Otherwise, bell services have always accepted tips.
