Times for character buffet Restaurantasaurus?

Im planning on booking the character buffet breakfast at AK, Im hoping to schedule it as more of a brunch, in order to better use our credits. What times are available for this breakfast? Has anyone ever been to one of the later times? What about the availability of food selection (will there be less?) Also were all the characters still available? Thanks
