Time Park Gates Close?

We plan on doing FoP right before closing. The park closes at 8 pm on the day we will be going. What time do they close the gates, preventing people from access to the park? Do they let people come in 15-20 minutes before the park closes?

Not sure. One time we went to Hollywood about that time (we hopped over to see the Jingle Bam) and they almost didn’t let us in. We have done this one other time and it was no problem at all.
