Can you purchase the park passes and Hotel Room stay in at the HRH separtley and still get FOTL acess

Yes, you can purchase them seperately and get the FOTL all day long.

The on-site hotel stay is what gets you the FOTL all day long access.

Multi-day tickets only get FOTL for a few hours in the morning.
