Ticketmania - have you ordered recently?

I just placed my order last night and got an email today saying they expect to ship my order on 6/30 and it should arrive on 7/8. I have plenty of time as we leave for Disney on 7/17, but I've always received my orders from Ticketmania within a week. Is it really taking that long right now?

I got mine on Monday- it was about 1-1/2 weeks from when I ordered it. I ordered (1) 10 hopper no expire w/ 5 pluses on June 8th (I think) and I got it on Monday, June 20th.

The ticket is dated 6/15/05 so maybe they have to go and get them if they don't have the one you ordered in stock?

This is the first time I have ever ordered from them and it was purely on the advice from the DIS.

I ordered from TicketMania about a month ago. It took around 1 1/2 weeks to get the tickets in the mail. It was my first time using them and I was very happy with the experience.

I was surprised how much I saved even over the other ticket broker that Mary at Mousesavers recommends. I saved over $20 off the price they list on the regular ticketmania site on my pass by going thru the MOusesavers link.

Do they regularly change their prices on the extra discount for Mousesavers? I thought they were a little closer in price to the other ticket brokers last time I checked.

I am anxious to use it (not for another 6 months) 5 days this trip and my next trip is taken care of too with my 10 day non expire!

Does anyone know if the extra 5 pluses can be used at any of the "plus" sites? I mean can I go to DQ 5 different times or do I have to use them at different places?

You can use the "pluses" at any of the water parks, Typhoon Lagoon, Blizzard Beach, Disney Quest, Pleasure Island and there's one more that I can't remember. There's 5 places you can use the "pluses". The water parks are great. Just make sure you pick a HOT day to go to them, otherwise the water is cool. We went in October and the water was a little too cool for my guys to really enjoy it.

No - we just got ours and they are paper ticets with magnetic strip.

1 1/2 weeks is still great! and yes, you can use your pluses however you like, but remember, if you go to say TL and DQ on the same day, you'll be charged for 2 pluses.
I signed up for the Mousesavers newsletter a few years ago, so I only compare the Mousesaver discount price to the other vendors.
dsnycrzy if you sign up for the monthly e- newsletter on www.mousesavers.com you'll get the discount pricing. They were less than all the other vendors I checked on the tickets I needed.(and yeah, I checked all the ones people list on the Dis) I saved $50 over the Disney advance ticket pricing!

That is about how mine were. It did take a little while to get them. They did get here when they said they would if that is any comfort. We are going 7-2 and I got mine about a week and a half ago. For anyone thinking of using them just allow time!

My order took about a 1.5 to 2 weeks. But I can't complain I saved a good bit of money buying through them.

Ticketmania now asks for the date you are leaving for disney, and they base their shipments based on travel dates. If you are not leaving for 2 months, it may be several weeks, if you tell them you leave next week, they ship right away. I just got two tix and they are still the heavy paper tix issued from disney, but did have new styles. I got an incredibles and soarin theme.

...if you have a car when you are at Disney you can always order them online and pick them up at their office (on International Drive) yourself. I think if you do this you also get a free 20 minute phonecard and 2 free miniature golf passes as well as some additional coupon books if you go though Mousesavers.

Hey, that's good to hear that they include the photocopies now... saves me from doing it! I have always been happy with Ticketmania's service. They are the only company other than Disney that I've purchased tix from! I just can't wait to have those tickets in hand, you know?!?
