is the site showing as up for you guys?
I haven't checked in the last hour or so, but it was, yes. It was down in the night though.

Robo help....a question about annual passes. I am also in the camp that I was going to renew and just did not get to it last night. At the renewal website it still says that the passes are good for 13 consecutive months. When I did a chat with a Disney cast member yesterday she said that that the 13 month special is still going on through September. Did I get incorrect information? THANK YOU!
It looks like on Undercover tourist they are selling tickets still at the 2016 prices. Should I buy through there? This is for travel Feb/March 2018.
But that per day cost, really isn't the one that matters. It's the cumulative total that matters. And that cumulative total is a $200 (10%) increase. Which is a big increase. Trying to whittle it down really doesn't change that, so it's pretty pointless to do so.
The 13-month promotion for newly purchased APs expired Jan. 3, this isn't something you just missed out on.Add to that, we were expecting the 13 month deal that friends/family assured us of to make it for or trip this year and our honeymoon next year. Apparently that deal is over too.
Sorry, to me it came across as an attempt to down play it, like a $200 increase isn't a big deal. Which again, might be easy for someone else to say, but to us, it is. For us the day by day breakdown is not the one that matters. It's total cost. But if that's not how he meant it, then my apologies to @Robo. And if a day by day breakdown helps you, well then, great.
Overall, seeing as how our trip has potentially just been yanked out from under us, I'm feeling pretty disappointed and frustrated right now. It would help if Disney could get their communication straight across the board for the Canadian ticket issue. People are still getting mixed messages.![]()
On that note, why on earth would they not make sure that the new terms/conditions are clearly communicated to everyone?
I'm sorry the jump is so high for you, but Robo was merely pointing out a different way of looking at it. Price increases aren't his fault, your fault or my fault, Disney did it, so direct your anger there. If you're truly pulling your trip because of the ticket increase, make sure to send guest relations an email telling them that. That's how to have your voice heard.

What is the email for guest relations? I was going to ask that. It's not even so much about the price increase I want to mention, but about how they have handled the Canadian ticket options and their total lack of communication to their employees.
i read that premium went up to like $40 so I'm sure regular will as well! You should probably expect an increase in parking sometime this year also
