Ticket ???-AP to PAP?

I have a question concerning tickets. Can you get an AP in December and upgrade it to a PAP in June 2005? How would you get charged? Sorry if this is the wrong place for this question.

You would get charged the difference between the two. They don't pro rate the diff. when you upgrade later.
