Seinfeld fans will recognize this line. Replace "ball man" with "point transfer". MS cannot get this right, ever! This is the last time I will ever transfer points in. It is way too much work and they cannot keep track of it. A waitlist came through and 23 points have disappeared. Two years in a row I have transferred in points and every time I use them or change a reservation, they get it all hosed up . I have to spend an inordinate amount of time reviewing with at least two people. I don't believe for one minute that they do not want to help but their technology and processes are so bad that it is a bear to manage.

We have had the same problems with transfers. It took MS managers and Disney software techs to correct our incorrect point count.

Keep track of your points, apparently MS doesn't.

We have also had similar challenges. The DVC, along with almost everything else in the Disney network, is a Windows based system. As much improved as the Windows operating system is getting it is still inherently unstable.
