Those using swagbucks ???

For those having issues with Best Buy shops showing incorrect pending SBs....
Several people posted on the Facebook page complaining and got a response from SB telling them to submit help tickets. I think I will try using my shop and earn email and see what happens.
I probably would lie low/keep eyes off my account if this is related to a gift card purchase.
 
Same here. Put in ticket and was told I had to make the purchase after entering the program. I replied that I did. No response.

Update on the membership recognition shop bonus- My shop credited yesterday and the bonus is in my activity log today! It did not add to my daily goal, but I did get the bonus. So check your activity log today to see if your bonus credited (those whose shop credited yesterday).
Ah mine too, I forgot to even check today.

Submitted help ticket showing shop and earn email and got instant credit for 400 SBs in under an hour. I only asked that pending SBs be corrected to show correct amount but was very surprised by full instant credit.

Thank you for this tip. I put in a ticket and within 15 minutes they also gave me an instant credit of 400 SB!
 
We each did a BB shop on Saturday for a $100 gc, and now each have 200 SB pending instead of the 400 SB each that should be pending. And the 750 each has not shown up yet, tho I expect it at least by week end. We did another yesterday for the 4% so hopefully that will work right. With so many having it not working currently at this point, I think it’ll get fixed soon! (Crossing fingers!)
 
Today was 32 days+ since I completed the Bright Cellars wine club offer. There was something new (to me) within the reply I got from the Help Center. It reads "You must include a picture of your box, shipping label, and tracking information. We cannot accept a screenshot for these offers". I DID take a pic of the wines that were delivered, wrapped and with a Bright Cellars sticker clearly seen. That better be good enough or I'm going to pop a cork (pun intended)!! I guess from now on I'll be taking pics of the shipping label too! This is nuts! We do all the "work" of completing the offer, dotting every i and crossing every t and then they add more requirements of proof to the hassle of trying to get what they promised us in the first place but never followed through on!
Next they will be asking for a glass of wine or some of the food to be sent in to them as proof!!

That's not good. Sounds like SB's deactivated you. Were you running more than one account on the same device? If you cannot think of any reason they would close your account, I'd contact support and ask to be reactivated.
 
Just received an email stating my credits will be deleted because of lack of use. Yikes.
Did it say that the credit had already been deleted or was it asking you to earn some SB to keep the account active? I got something similar, but just had to log in and do the daily poll for one SB to keep everything.

I run ncrave on my laptop and the apps on my burner phone and do a survey or ttg on my ipad all at the same time and have never had a problem. I don’t run watch videos on mobile devices while running ncraves on the laptop though.

For years now, I have run the SB WatchTV on my phone and the other (MovieClips, EntertainNow, etc) apps on my ipad simultaneously, and never had an issue.

You won't get an email, or any other kind of notice or warning. Do you have more than one account in your house? It is allowed to have more than one in a household (only one per person), but it seems to trip up their fraud detection and sometimes new ones get shutdown. You'll have to submit a ticket to the compliance department and ask to be reinstated. Good luck.
 
@smallsy , I would agree with what @miztressuz said. It's likely the 2nd account triggered their fraud detection. Their hard rule is one account per person, although more than one person in the household is allowed to have an account. To avoid the potential overlap, it's often best to keep devices and laptops linked to one account only and set up the accounts to be associated with specific people in your household (that are old enough to have accounts).
