Those terrible pull outs...

No one in our household has slept well on them. and we are looking at having a large group that will use every available space for a 2 bedroom and 2 studios. None of the places we are looking at staying will have the Murphy beds by next fall....

I can tell folks to pack an air bed, or just suffer. but is there any way to improve the bed with things found on or near WDW (that are less than the price of an air bed - or the $60 it might cost to pack it in your luggage both ways) ?.

things that improve both the comfort of the bed and reduce the "Springiness" of a pull out? I am trying to find ways to make the pull outs bearable....

Remember that studios at OKW have 2 real queen beds, no pull out or Murphy bed. The Two bedroom will have a King in the master suite, two queens in the 2nd bedrpom or lockoff, but it will have the pull out sleeper sofa and pull out sleeper chair in the living room.

Yes - but I was looking at AKV or Boardwalk. We love animals and food and park proximity....

Get a resort with Murphy Beds or enough real beds for everyone the pull outs do suck.

Not sure why it costs $60 to pack an air matress though either unless your airline rips you off with baggage I guess.

Even if they were real sleeping spaces, that's just too crowded for me for more than a couple nights. I'd be looking into sending some people to another hotel system. Pretty much all of them have better beds than DVC.

We found the pull out 100% more comfortable with memory foam topper and even the cheaper foam egg ones. Saved my back more than once

We always pack a memory foam topper for my son. unfortuneately, it does pack into its own duffel bag for travel - Thank goodness for SW !!
