I didn't like Madison at first, but she is growing on me. They have made her more real lately, which I like. As much as I like Sophie and Kevin together, the fact they break up, get back together, break up, it's really not a healthy relationship. I think Kevin and Madison can make it work, since they have never depended on each other and have learned to stand on their own, I think makes them a better couple.

I still haven’t watched the episode, but I read all of the posts here and a recap on AV Club. I might watch it at some point.

Another thought I have is that I don’t care for this adoption storyline. Why do they think this should happen? It seems so insanely forced.

That's what I think. I think she had a relationship with this man before she got hooked on drugs, moved away and met William. Just a theory.

I agree with you AT, they have no beginning, and you know if someone is right for you, on how easy you connect from the start they dont have that, I think the girl from Pittsburgh he met, is the one

Are you thinking of Kevin and Madison? Toby and Kate definitely have a beginning.

I think Kate and Toby are the most realistic couple of the big three.

Could be. I didn’t really get a super good look at the picture the camera focused in on. That would make her really you g because she looked early 20s when she had Randall (my guesstimate)

yes I was, my mistake, but also think Kate s bad for anyone right now, while a nice good person, she is jsut always down on everyhting, she brings nothing but clouds every where she goes, she needs time to heal before hse gets into a relationship

I am thinking abortion which caused her pregnancy problems.

Abortion was my thought as well.

My DD is usually in the room doing her own thing when I watch, but tonight looked up and asked about the pregnancy. She is not old enough for where the plot may go so I guess I can only watch when I can somehow be alone. I may have to drop this and find a comedy ☺ this is dragging me doooowwnnn.

I’m almost positive the test box said “Ovulation Predictor”. I can’t believe they would make that mistake, so I think there’s a lot more to the story!

It’s a shame they are bringing the abusive boyfriend storyline back. That was the worst for me. I also can’t believe we have to wait that long until the next one.

At first I thought abortion, because of the conversation with the adoptive mom, then I wondered if it was the awful weekend with the abusive boyfriend. But then someone said it was actually an ovulation test, and I ran the DVR back - and it definitely was! So maybe she was planning on getting pregnant that weekend at the cabin, to get him to marry her??

And I am totally bummed out about the "January 5th" announcement! I feel like we just got the show back!!

And yet again with the "the most unrelated things making the biggest difference" theme - the guy with the photo of Randall's mom seeing the accidental viral video and learning who and where he is -

And that director is a jerk! Tell him if you want him to do it again, sure, but tell him how you want him to it. He wasn't asking for an "atta boy", he was asking for direction (from, you know, the director).
