Best shareable counter service on DDP

DD and I are doing 1 night at CS with DDP before starting our room-only stay at POP. Booked this to take advantage of the CS amenities with dinner at 3 Bridges and watching fireworks from the resort. We will likely share 1 counter service with a few extras for 1st & 2nd day's lunch. Is there anything at CS worth using a QS credit on? Or anything easy to get to by bus that is great? Will probably use the TS credit for Ohana on the 2nd night. Would've done Toledo with TS 1st night but it's closed on Tues. Are we allowed to watch the fireworks from CS if not eating at Toledo or Daliah lounge?
