Just got off the phone at 10:59 pm and said NO!!! I can't believe that some can book and some can't. This is just like the postcard. Oh well will call in the am.

But the worst part was that there were no standard-view rooms available at either AKL or WL during our visit. I had him hold a pool-view until tomorrow, but don't think we want to spend that much. What to do...

I am soooo sorry, moms with kids please hold your ears, please do not kick me off the boards ( I love you all) but it means put the crack pipe down!
