This is Real! AP Rates are out past April 17.

I AM STAYING AT THE BEACH CLUB! Yesssss!:)
Had an existing reservation called the 407 # and just saved $440!
$260/nite tx incl. May 6-12th
Thank you OP! :)!

I'd just keep trying and hope to get a CM that has booked someone. I guess it's just who picks up the phone... If I hadn't gotten it, I would have stayed on the phone till they closed!!! Pixy dust to all of you!!! :wizard:

There is absolutely no excuse for any CM being rude to any guest. However just to understand what happens. A code gets leaked out before it actually suppose to be released. I have even heard rumors of CM's selling the info. Definitely not very Disney like but money can buy anything.

So the code makes it to the Internet and a frenzy begins. The CM that is given a code probably when talking to the guest does not even know which code that they are being given. They just imput the info into the computer, then at some point the computer will deny booking due to the fact that some are not in the system yet. Other CM's have already had the info downloaded into their computers. These are the ones that were able to book.

However once a super gets word that this is happening then they all get frantic as they could lose thier job over this.

Just a peak into the other side of what is going on.

Silly question...okay if I were to book at an AP code, could I book both of our rooms with one AP pass or do more in the rooms need it. Also does the reservation need to be under the AP passholders name. Here is the deal I was thinking that the current rooms(2 of them) our under my mom's name. If I could book with the AP code now and buy it later so if the general codes come out I could change to it. We would not need an AP excpet for the discount.

So in general....Can you book two rooms with one AP holder

Thanks dudspizza for the info and for "starting this whole ball of wax!"
I'm off to get my beauty sleep so I can get up at the crack of dawn and call CRO in the morning. Sweet dreams everyone - dream about what all we can do with that extra money we're saving now (hopefully). ;) :wave2:

You are welcome! I booked and then told DW I had to run down and post this on the DIS! She thought I was crazy.

Sleep tight, don't let the bed bugs bite! LOL

Just curious where did you see the code? Was it posted here in another thread?

You can book up to 3 rooms with 1 AP. There are nine of us going... 2 rooms and I have the only AP.

I think you can book up to 3 rooms on one AP and they have to be in passholder's name... :flower:

Any CM that did book the code this evening can get in a lot of trouble. They received a system notice that they could not book them, even it they were able to apply it another way.

At least we know they are coming.

Will someone please just mention general codes? I am happy for all you AP holders, but for those of us that drive 16 hrs to get to the world...we only go once per year and are wanting that "general code". :confused3

Great.. now I have to decide.. do I want to upgrade to Poly... or save $300+ dollars and stick with WL.

I'd like to surprise my bf with the Poly. Not sure though.. any opinions?

If I were you, I would call WDW tomorrow and ask about them. I know that when I'm on the phone with WDW, I'm very focused on what I'm looking for (resort type, room type, price, etc) and I don't always remember to ask about codes that don't apply to me. Your best bet would be to make the call yourself and ask WDW directly.

I don't believe that. I gave her the code, she put it in, and said, Yup, there you are, my first of the night. Why on earth would they risk their jobs? Computers programed correctly are smart. If it's programed to not give it to us, then it wouldn't. Sounds like it's rolling it's way in.

Thanks for replying so fast but....I thought you had to know the exact code in order to get it?

Thanks for understanding  quite frankly I am a car-biz girl, and sometimes get carried away with my thoughts  thanks for indulging my little outburst :teeth:

Re: General Codes

Once the very nice CM, Sara Faye, told me I couldn't book the AP rate tonight and to call back in the AM, we were just chatting and I asked her about general codes as a bunch on the internet wanted to know and she said she didn't have anything on general codes yet. Who really knows though...
