**This is now the OFFICIAL 24 SEASON 6 Thread**

I like Ricky Shroeder in this show, I think he fits in great at CTU. the only other character I wish they would get rid of is Waynes sister, she is so annoying! I really thought when Jack got the phone call last night, it was going to be someone who kidnapped his daughter Kim.

The fight with Jack and Fayed was great. And for the first time, I loved Wayne Palmer. Bluffs them with the fake nuke launch, then forces them to use the general's family to get the information they need. David Palmer would be proud.

Shhh! Don't say the K-word. If we don't say it, it will never come back. ;)

I kind of liked it last night.

Not that I want him back, but just where did Jack's dad run off to?

I believe they said that Logan didn't make it.

And yeah, what happened to Jack's dad - I'm trying to remember. Might he be the one to help Jack next?

I think it is getting better after a VERY slow start to the season. But so many  ...

Is Jack's father gone now??
Did Charles Logan die?
What about Waleed?
Is Jack's SIL gone...will we ever find out if the kid was Jack's?

Just so many storylines that were going on that really meant a lot of nothing.:sad2:

I TOTALLY 100% agree....not enough Jack. Im sure that the next storyline dealing with Audrey at least hopefully we will be seeing him now. :)

That was the scariest episode ever because this

is coming back. :scared1: :scared1:

We haven't seen Jack's father since the phone call on the roof of that building, right? He will be back...

I loved in the previews for next week: Jack to the President: "You OWE me!" Classic Jack!

To me, this show is enjoyable 'cause it's so over the top. Every once in a while my DH will protest some unrealistic detail like that they would give Fayed a real gun, and my standard response is, "But other than that, the show is totally realistic!" I enjoy it for what it is...

I generally agree, but I think this season isn't as good as others because its so over the top, its gets silly at times. I don't know how long you've been watching, but the first few seasons were much more realistic. But, like you said, I enjoy it for what it is. Its still the best show on TV.

I know! I can't believe Audrey is coming back into the picture!!

What are we going to do about the President?! Aye! And don't you just despise the VP?

This week's episode was great, I thought! I can't believe that whole crash and kidnapping was staged. I didn't see it coming at all! It was so smart.

Okay, anyway, I am really glad to have some people to chat with about this!
:disrocks:

Didn't Jack kill Nina? I thought he did. Am I remembering wrong?

But I miss old Nina, that's for sure.

Oh we were so  when watching it last night...we were skipping the commercials on TiVo and this happens A LOT with ours  it will skip ahead sometimes and when we stopped it, it was when Buchanan was on the phone with Palmer telling him about the staged rescue. It was about 2 minutes in that we were like  did we miss something and realized that stupid TiVo thing happened. So we didn't get to see it and be surprised by it.  Still a great scene!

Oh no! Don't you hate technology sometimes!!!? That's sad that you weren't surprised by it. I was on the edge of my seat the whole time. But you're right, it's still a great scene!

:rotfl2: The only reason I would want to see She-who's-name-will-not-be-mentioned, aka the K-word, back on the show would be to line her up next to Jack's brother's kid, so Jack can see what's staring him in the face - yo, Jack, he's yours!

I thought last night's episode was very good. I loved Jack's one liners at Fayed's expense. And the minute I saw the chain swinging in the breeze, I knew how Fayed would exit this world. I think the Chinese guy holding Audrey hostage should be afraid, be very afraid! :thumbsup2
