There must be a DISer working at the BMV

I decided to order new license plates for my car this year. I was looking into vanity plates but all the good ones were taken so I just decided to let fate choose for me. The real reason I wanted new plates is I can't ever remember my license number. It is CQY something or other. Weird combo.

Well, the plates arrived today and guess what it is?????

Now, who did that?????Come on, fess up.....who works for the Ohio BMV????
