I was just catching up on a TR I've been following and the Dis-ser posted pictures of spaghetti bolognaise. It looked so good that I got the cravings for a bowl myself.

WFDT? I have some bolognaise sauce frozen in the freezer. So guess what we're having for dinner tonight???

Well I made it home and it felt so good to be back.


So this was the first dinner I have made in a week, I had nothing on hand but staples, so I made Pasta Carbonara, and grilled Chicken

No, not a thread killer, we've just all been busy. No suggestions on the gift idea. Vegetarians and healthy people stump me!

We had Rib Eye Steaks, package noodles and frozen vegetables. Clean out the freezer dinner! Those may have been my last Rib Eyes....

....well, it wasn't QUITE what I had hoped for, but it IS the most substantial raise that I've seen in more than 7 years....

DH and I are Feds. - Which means crappy insurance & no raises or promotions EVER.
Wish we could get the sweet deal the folks in DC get...

We do clean out fridge and freezer meals a lot.... Some have been good, and some not so much

Dh and I have seen our raises smaller over the last few years than prior years. it was hard in the beginning, thinking that you were going to get about the same and it was cut big time... Now I think I am used to the small and if I got a big I would be really surprised...
