Unbelievable, nothing but busy signals from 7:00 to 9:00! Finally called DVC and got a CM at 9:10 and had BOG reservations at 9:13.

Disney must be ecstatic at how well this restaurant is going over. From the photos online it looks like a winner.

I gave up - but then called again and got the automated system. It couldn't understand my last name - so now I'm on hold for an agent.

Just adding myself on the list.... for those of you still trying, here's another number. After hours of busy signals and hold music I called international 001-44-870-24-24-900. I was on the phone with a dining agent within 2 minutes, booked at my preferred time within another minute.

After 1hr 40m of fast busy dialing (DINE), I switched to 6244 and got on hold on the first try at 8:40am. Never got an option for automated, which I would have done, so I ended up on hold for just over an hour. Got my date, Dec. 14th @ 4:05pm (wanted 5:15pm) so I'm thrilled!

Good luck everyone else. Trythe 6244 number and stay on hold for the cc hold, which they did take.

Ok, just got off of phone with DVC. They could not add a cc # without putting a payment amount in. Gave me 2 options: wait until I could call the regular dining reservation # back and add it, or allow them to process a $0.01 payment on my cc, which may not be refundable. I chose the .01 option. It went thru and I have the same conf # the automated system gave me.

How did DVC handle yours?

And yet I still can't get an earlier Ohana!

The BOG reservation didn't cancel my conflicting reservation, they were both on my res list. I had to manually cancel it...I didn't want a computer deciding at some point to "solve" the conflict! So keep an eye open the next few days, maybe it will open up for ya.

Yup, the automated system isn't asking for one...and there seems to be a fairly significant number of people making their ADR's that way.

Disney would have a mess if they just cancelled those ADR's, en masse. Not only would the outcry be pretty substantial..you'd have angry folks showing up at the podium with confirmation #'s and no place to sit.

Yeah I don't believe that. My ADR is now listed with all the rest of mine. I used automated and did not give a CC #.. I can't see them being cancelled, that would be a huge mess for Disney.

I also was able to pull it up on-line and add it to my reservation list. It is a reservation, the question is, will it be there after midnight tonight if Disney does a sweep and drops the ones with no cc#? I sure hope this doesn't happen, for the sake of all the people doing their happy dances right now. I'm just worried and don't want anyone to be disappointed. Hopefully Disney will realize the error on their end and make adjustments before dropping a slew of reservations.

OMG - can you imagine? If they did a sweep tonight at midnight, then people who couldn't get thru today could call back at 7 tomorrow morning and be able to pick up some pretty prime reservations. Then they'd have TWO guests showing up with confirmations for the "same" table..... If they don't turn away people with a printed confirmation, it would double the number of people waiting to be seated...... What an incredible cluster of insanity this could be. They'd be NUTS to just sweep them.

I noticed that too. So I went ahead and manually cancelled our Chef Mickeys ressie on Dec17th for 5:35. Didn't want the computer doing it, and making a mistake!

I finally got through to DVC/MS....couldn't get the 9th, but got the 12th. I gave the cc and it was no problem.

I think I may have the same issue. I'm on hold now. I may see if there's a better time available truthfully. I didn't even ask. Will see what they say.

Anyone who gets thru now, trying to add the cc#, should be sure to tell the CM that there are now a bunch of people in the hold queue just to add the cc# and that they are going to have a huge mess on their hands.... LOL
