I got through on the 407-939-7675 but the automated system did not recognize the name of the restaurant so I am on hold now.

I got in after 55 minutes of trying!!! I seriously couldn't believe it when I heard the chime and almost hung up from habit. I used the automated system and was done in less than 5 minutes. I was so happy I even took the survey! We finally got BOG at 4:15 before our MVMCP on Decemeber 13th!

Keep trying and use the automated system! Good luck and pixie dust to everyone waiting!!

Anyone have any luck getting ressies for Jan 6th or 7th? Just curious since i can't get through after an hour and 15 minutes of trying to get through!! Oh the things we do for our trips!!

I got the automatic one and I kept saying "Be our Guest" and she kept saying "This is The Cinderella's Royal Table in the Magic Kingdom!" I said NO...now I'm hold waiting for representative. Thank goodness I don't have to work until 2!

I love this hold music!!!

Called the 407-939-7675 number and finally got through. Was asked which restaurant and it kept asking if I was saying Cinderellas Royal Table. Doh! Oh well now I am finally on hold although I was just quoted with a "more than 60 minute wait" oh well. At least I don't have to hear that darn busy signal anymore.

I got through after 1:16 minutes on hold. Asked for December 5th and told the restaurant was closed that day???? (Might have to check on that one). Made our 2nd choice of December 3rd at 6:30pm for a party of 6!

Tuesday, December 11 @ 4:15pm, party of 6. Guess we'll have a snack or 2 between breakfast & then & go with a late lunch, early dinner.

Our Guest it came back with Cinderella's Royal Table? Bad subliminal message on Disney's Part. lol. Now, finally on hold for an agent. At least I'm through!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

OMG! Apparently BE OUR GUEST sounds like GARDEN GRILL?!!? After trying for 1 hr and 20 minutes, I got through to the automated system and now I'm on HOLD for who knows how long. They really should have been smarter and better prepared for this!
