After over one hour on hold -- finally got an agent on the phone. November 19 was unavailable at any time for a party of five. Fortunately, I could re-arrange to November 21st. Also, got December 30th for our big Christmas/New Years trip for a party of nine.

I finally got through, tried automated system and when I said be our guest it said CRT and would not let me try to correct it so I am now on hold for up to 45 min. At least I am on hold now and not getting all circuits are busy

Finally got through after 1 hour and 33 minutes on hold. We got december 14th for 9 people at 4:15. for DD's 18th birthday! Good Luck!

Got a reservation for January 7th and booked a reservation for my friend for November 19th! I made her dreams come true by booking this reservation for her. Feels good!

Don't give up!!!! I just got through on the Disney reservation #. It was totally automated and didn't take long at all.

It was automated, and didn't ask for a cc or e-mail address just a phone number!

I got February 5th at 5:15.

I wasn't sure if it went through, so I went to my reservations and typed in the confirmation # and there it was! I cancled my existing ADR for 1900 PF, but not until I made sure BOG was really there!

I still have not gotten through. But a little bit ago my friend called to say she made ours!!!! I saw I got a text and peeked......... and couldn't believe when it said "I GOT IT!" I still haven't gotten anything but busy signals and "all circuits are busy"..........



I'm still trying to get one for the first half of the trip when my husband is along so he can see it too.

THANK YOU to the person who thought to call the Disney Store and ask to be transferred! It worked for me too...after over 400 sends on my iPhone to the WDW Dining number!! The man answered and I asked if he could transfer me and he said sure! Took about 4-5 min and then boom!!

I was able to make 2 resizes for both Fridays we are WDW! Jan 11 and Jan 18 at 7:30pm!

The number I used to get thru was 1-800-328- 0368 if anyone tries it!!

So thankful b/c it let me off the phone just in time to make my son's first day of school b'fast and take some pics before he headed off to school!

I tried this and the agent said she couldn't transfer me, I begged and begged and she put me on hold. When she came back, she said it didn't allow her to do it.

UGH, if they don't answer soon, the kids are going to wake up. This trip is a surprise (that is why I don't have a ticker)! I was hoping to get this done before they got up. Luckily my kids usually sleep in until 9 or 9:30 but they way my luck is going, they will get up any minute now.
