Just a tip that worked for us. Go with automated system and even if it messes up your name by a letter take it! That way you wont have to go to an agent. We got thru 7:35 used automated and was off the phone by 7:40! All set for Dec 26th at 5:10pm party of 3! Keep trying and good luck!

Hi Everyone!

I figured this is a great time to make my first post!

I've been using these boards for years and have never posted but this morning after getting busy signals for 1.5 hours now I feel really bonded with you all! Here's to hoping we all get through before we go crazy!

Don't give up!!!! I just got through on the Disney reservation #. It was totally automated and didn't take long at all.

When I tried the automated system I first said "Be Our Guest" and it did not recognize it. So I tried Be Our Guest Restaurant and it thought I said Restaurant Marrakesh. ????

THANK YOU to the person who thought to call the Disney Store and ask to be transferred! It worked for me too...after over 400 sends on my iPhone to the WDW Dining number!! The man answered and I asked if he could transfer me and he said sure! Took about 4-5 min and then boom!!

I was able to make 2 resizes for both Fridays we are WDW! Jan 11 and Jan 18 at 7:30pm!

The number I used to get thru was 1-800-328- 0368 if anyone tries it!!

So thankful b/c it let me off the phone just in time to make my son's first day of school b'fast and take some pics before he headed off to school!

If only I had two phones. I am tempted to hang up and just keep trying my luck to have the automated system get that I am saying Be Our Guest and not Cinderellas Royal Table. Because that seems quicker than sitting here on wait for over an hour. Uhhh. What does everyone think? Should I chance it?

Got it! Called over 200 times on cell and maybe 10 on the home phone. Anyway, went straight to automated and was done in 5 minutes. It said I would be charged $10 for no show but never asked for a CC. 12/19, 645pm see ya then.
