So were the alternates considered alternates from the beginning, or did they choose who would deliberate when the time came? Because it seemed like, from the start of the trial, I heard "6 women...5 white, one Hispanic." But I could be wrong.

I thought that teacher person said she started next week or something. Which would really piss me off if she got chosen. I have a big issue with teacher absenteeism. And that college student...missing the first two weeks of classes? Couldn't believe they didn't just dismiss her immediately.

I'm pretty much packed for October...at least the non-clothes stuff.

The older I get, the faster time flies. And I don't like it one bit.

I agree with you, why tax any juror with worries they don't need. And I don't understand this idea that any juror who says Sneiderman's guilty of whatever but they could be impartial, whaaaat??

No, I don't get it either. It's like they're starting at the point of thinking "guilt" and needing to work backwards, like that one juror said...she would need evidence of her innocence. Crazy.

Ha! I was in my 30's not too long ago too! Which makes the fact that my oldest DD is about to turn 25 rather confusing.

I think maybe a brain cell was regenerated! I think what Wild called the white noise thing was the sizzle something. ?
