Was in that position last year only I had only 4 HOURS to pack instead of 4 days. Good thing I'd pack non-essentials ahead of time! Our flight was scheduled to leave at 1:30 PM (Friday), the afternoon Hurricane Ike was scheduled to hit Houston/Galveston later in the day (we're only about 65 miles west of Houston). I kept trying to convince myself everything would be okay; DD was in a TOTAL panic! At 4 in the afternoon (Thursday) DSIL was able to get us a 7:30 AM flight out Friday morning. Whew ... we'd at least get out before the airport shut down. We decided it would be best if we went into Houston Thursday night; feared evacuation traffic problems early Friday morning. DD said, "Mom, we'll pick you up at 9 PM - I'm going home to pack". OMG ... I had 4 hours to get ready. At least I didn't have to pack for DH. As a County Official, he had to stay behind to help with Emergency Management. BUT ... had to get ready for a possible hit from Ike; find a hotel room for the night close to the airport; tons of "don't forget toooooooo" notes for DH; gather all I needed to finish packing, etc. By the time we pulled out for Houston I was TOTALLY

stressed out

. NO "inbound" traffic; bumper to bumper "outbound". Made it to the hotel in record time, finally got to bed around midnight but that 4 AM wake up call came really fast!
Had to change our flight into Tampa instead of Orlando but we still arrived at the Poly 6 hours before our scheduled time. CM's were SUPER

and got us into rooms early. Even managed to find room for us in requested longhouse

! Hope this years trip is a little less stressful!
You'll be okay. Just keep focused on some peaceful time in the World.

Good luck!
