Hi Lucas, I have a couple of ones. I have one that uses a prepared red curry paste, stirred into coconut milk and served with veggies--that's for boneless skinless chicken breast. I also have one for thigh meat which makes the red curry from scratch with chiles. Does either sound like what you are looking for?

Thai chicken red curry is my all time favorite. We always tell them to make it spicy - yum!! We went to our local Thai restaurant yesterday and I was saying I could eat that every day! I love it!! So I got the idea that I'd like to try to make it at home. Any recipes would be appreciated. Thanks.
