That's because it isn't Art Deco, it's Mid-Century Modern. Not seeing "Art Deco," and never thought of Sleeping Beauty that way, but I like what I see regardless!

Sadly yes....Its been forever since we've been to DL. Is it true that for ADRs, I have to book each day even with a reservation at VDH?
Disneyland seems to be more of a 1-2 night stay resort, so I'm hoping more DVC can bring some changes to better accommodate longer stay and the entire staying on premise better. ADR and he refillable drink mugs are the two of the higher ones on my list, but longer ticket lengths (current max is 5) or Magical Key reservations for ever day of your stay (like in WDW) is the top of my want list. Its been forever since we've been to DL. 4 nights with a 5-day hopper is pretty much all you need. I can't imagine they have much need for longer tickets available... Until they open the 3rd gate, or DisneylandForward.Disneyland seems to be more of a 1-2 night stay resort, so I'm hoping more DVC can bring some changes to better accommodate longer stay and the entire staying on premise better. We’ll be there for 3 nights with our 4 year old. I wish DL would offer the extended ADR window and more rides on Genie+. I was surprised when I looked at the list today that not many little kid friendly rides were on there. We go in April and my little guy isn’t 40” yet and might not get there by then. We got 3 day PH with Genie+ with the TripAdvisor deal so at least we get free photo pass with that. How does photo pass work at DL if you don’t have MB+?Disneyland seems to be more of a 1-2 night stay resort, so I'm hoping more DVC can bring some changes to better accommodate longer stay and the entire staying on premise better. Definitely little bummed that pirates was not on the list. That was my 4 year old's favorite ride this year at WDW. He's actually pretty good waiting in line so hopefully the wait won't be too long.I thought the same about Genie+ when we went.
But, you can easily do all of the Fantasyland rides at early entry, with minimal lines. Then you could go straight to Pirates.
I still felt like Genie+ was worth it for HM, Big Thunder, MMRR, Indiana Jones, etc.
Call MS to add requests to the reservation ahead of time.Has anyone used mobile check in for the VDH? How did it go? When I check in at the front desk, I normally like giving some room preferences (eg away from elevator). There’s no real way to do that in the app.. right?
No laundry in a studio, but there is a laundry room you can use, as for cost I’m not sure, but I would assume it is free.Maybe I missed it, but if staying in a studio do you have access to free laundry?
Yes. It's a very nice laundry room on the 1st floor. There was a basket with detergent when I looked in. What I didn't investigate was if you needed to pick up tokens from the front desk or someplace but would guess so. That is how it works at VGC.Maybe I missed it, but if staying in a studio do you have access to free laundry?
