Happy Halloween!

Robin - Bring in some rolls of toilet paper (gosh, I will forever be haunted by TP b/c of Katie's incident but I digress) and play a 'mummy game' where the kids are on teams and the first team to wrap a kid up as a mummy wins. We usually play it outside and it can be messy, but the kids love it. I think Katie's class will be doing that today. Good luck with the party, I'm sure it will be great!!

I promise to catch up with everyone later today! John has his 12 month check up today and then I've got school. I'll pop back in after John's check up. Sadly, I'm missing Halloween with my kids since I'm gone from 2:30 until 10:00 tonight. :guilty: I'm having major "mommy guilt" at the moment especially since I will miss my little guy dressed up!

Happy Halloween!

Tonight we are headed to our church for games, food, and a hay ride. DH doesn't know what time he'll be home from work tonight (it's one of those weeks), so we're not doing the door to door trick or treating! Besides Matthew hates wearing his costume, so I'm sure once we get to the church it will come off. And we really don't need anymore candy! I'm debating just putting some on our porch for the neighbor kids to help themselves--just to get rid of some

Jill--sorry you won't be around for Halloween tonight. But don't feel guility--I'm sure all of us have things we wish we could've been too or involved in but b/c of other things we couldn't. Hey, even Superman had limitations! If if makes you feel any better, DH almost couldn't make it for Matthew's bday party. He went and got himself scheduled for this weekend of all weekends to work--I told him, fine if you miss Halloween, but not the party (so he found someone to work for him for at least half the day)

SL--you just reminded me to make sure to wear my orange sweater today. Gotta look a little festive! Don't think I'll don my costume at church tonight (it's devil horns and tail--don't think that's very appropriate for church! ;) ) It's funny though, b/c Emma doesn't know what the devil is yet, so she told me that I was a big red dog (kinda like Clifford! :rotfl: )

GLT--hope you got all your writing done! Sorry to hear that your vacation was so much on you--but I'm sure your kids had a great time!

Well, I should get off of here and start researching what I'm going to fix for Sat. I think I'm leaning toward chili--only b/c after the party is the Arkansas football game on ESPN and chili always said "football party" to me. But, b/c of my mom I'll have to make w/beans and w/o beans--I suppose I could borrow another crockpot and not have to worry about the cooking before the party! Now for the appetizers--how I wish we had a Costco!!!!

I'm sure I'll be on again today--weather is cruddy, so we'll be house bound today! Chat later!

HAPPY HALLOWEEN EVERYONE!

I'm checking in now since my husband is taking Madison to school and he took Henry along too so there's a moment of peace. I must have been really tired last night cause when Henry woke up for his 1:30 feeding I stuck the pacifier in his mouth without thinking, but he went back to sleep till 3:45! I usually only stick the pacifier in if he wakes up a 2nd time before 5:30 but in my delirium I guess I didn't think. But if I can get him to sleep 6:30-3:30 every night I'd be thrilled! I should get my hopes up though cause I know that's probably not gonna happen right now, but maybe we're on our way.

My friend and her husband have a weird relationship when I think about it. I mean they seem fine together, and aside from complaints that he never helps her with their kids (who are 17 months apart and she had ppd with the 2nd so she really needed some help) I don't think they really fight. But she does spend literally about 2 weeks of every month out of state at her parents house. I know she likes it there cause her mom basically does everything with her kids (including getting up at night with them), but I don't know. And this has been ongoing since she was pregnant with her 1st kid so not a result of wanting more help cause of the ppd.

Oh, and I can see wanting a break from her husband too cause I think it would be great to have a day away just to myself. But I can't imagine every vacation being like that on purpose. Like if he can't or doesn't want to come then fine, but I'm pretty sure her husband would go away with her and the kids but she'd rather go with her mom.

Alice - Good luck with the Halloween party today! I'm so lucky Madison's school doesn't do Halloween stuff with her class cause as a room parent I'm sure I'd get sucked in to helping. They don't allow candy ever in the toddler class and don't do costumes cause some kids would be afraid so all the better for me!

GLT - We have a swimsuit with like life-preserver type stuff in it for Madison and I brought it with me to Phoenix specifically for that purpose since I knew I'd be alone with them but of course I forgot to put it on her and she wore a regular swimsuit instead when she fell in. Next time I'll be sure she has that other thing on.

SL - Your plans for the night sound nice. I'm hoping that all of our trick or treaters come while we're out with Madison cause I don't want to walk up and down the stairs everytime someone rings the bell. Lazy, I know! We're leaving a bowl of candy out that I'm sure will be gone within minutes once some older kids come around.

Well time to finish packing up. My husband said it will only take him 15 minutes to pack his bag and I pointed out that's cause he's packing for himself, not 3 people and if he forgets a shirt not quite the big deal it would be if I forget diapers. With Madison at 13 months we didn't pack enough and walked to some grocery store off property by DTD and paid over $20 for the smallest pack of Huggies. I was less than pleased.

Hi Ladies -

Just a quick post until I catch up later tonight with pictures -

Jill - I'm at work today and will be missing Kevin's Halloween parade at school. My DH is going though, but I feel guilty also. I much prefer when Halloween falls on a weekend day because then I don't have to work. Because I work a flex week, if I take one day off, I need to take 2 vacation days, so I didn't want to do that but I am hoping to leave today by 3:30 or 4. Sorry you have school on Halloween night :guilty:.

Justine - I enjoy vacationing with other people sometimes, so I can understand why your friend feels that way, however there are times and certain vacations where I prefer it to be just our family. It is usually a lot more relaxing to vacation away from other family members or friends. Have a great vacation and take lots of pictures!

Nucpharm - Chili is a great choice, or maybe even meatballs and sauce in the crockpot to make Meatball hoagies or something? Now i'm hungry! popcorn::

SL - Thanks for the tip about the Advil - I haven't tried that yet. Each day my back feels better, and I have to admit that having the heated seats in my car blasting for my 45 minute commute to-from work has helped my back a lot also. Liam loves being picked up, but i'm going to have to not do it as much and especially never again on a rocky hill through a corn maze! You just reminded me that I need to get out my Halloween T-shirt from my closet for tonight!

GLT - Sorry you're feeling sick! The water park sounds like fun but sorry DH wasn't around enough. Hope the kids are feeling better and you have a nice Halloween!

Ginamarie - is your Kermit costume from the Disney Store???? I got Liam the Kermit costume (I bought it last year on clearance) from the Disney Store so they may be in the same costume!!!

Tamie - those pictures from your party are just so cute!!!! I love how you wrote everyone's name on a pumpkin! You look great BTW - you can definitely tell what great shape you're in!

Robin - good luck at Sam's Halloween party at school!

Diskim - Hope you survive your busy day at school today! Go read your 4 chapters of Frankenstein. Is that the Mary Shelley version? (I was a Lit minor in college, so i'm familiar with that novel).

Vald - LOL at the disposable camera pics of your DH's butt! Have fun dressing up as witches today at work!

Gotta run - Happy Halloween and i'll talk with everyone later!

Happy Halloween everyone!!

I think I'm going to bring Tyler in Dh's work today to say hi. Then we'll just trick or treat in the neighborhood since he doesn't get the concept yet.

Thanks for all your kind words about the party pics. We had a great time.

glt - Big hug for you! The water park sounds a bit exhausting.

justthat - I've never heard anyone say they take a vacation to get away from their husband, wow!

alice - good luck with the party!

hillbeans - Sorry you're missing Kevin's party, that would be tough. He'll be thrilled that your Dh is there though.

jill - sorry you have to miss the halloween festivities too.

val - How fun to dress up as witches!

lissawynn - We want to see pics of your costume!

nucpharm- I love chili for football games! LOL about the big red dog!

sl - I bet your tshirt is cute! Sounds like you have a busy evening of trick or treating :)

gina - your 5 weeks will just fly by!

I don't know what I was thinking last week. I ordered a new swimsuit for our trip to Mexico. I'm so not ready physically to try on swimsuits. I didn't expect to look great in it yet as I'm still not at my goal, but I expected to look OK. Not so much!!! How depressing

We have less than 2 weeks until our WDW trip! I can't wait! I should probably start making a list!

gotta run!

tamie

HAPPY HALLOWEEN EVERYONE!!

Val- I did a little bit of Christmas shopping already, but I’m waiting to see what some of the sales will be like after Halloween. I’m also waiting because I know I have to curb the gift giving this year, and when I start shopping early I just wind up with more presents because I have a hard time stopping.

DisKim- I hope you can scare the kids with Frankenstein. We had a professor in law school who memorized the face book before we started class. Everyone was completely freaked out when we walked in for the first day of class and he “magically” knew everyone’s name. We had about 80 kids in the class too!

GLT- Glad you were able to make the best out of the water park.

Justhat- OK, I’m going to count my blessings that I got six months period free. I was getting used to having the first day of my last cycle memorized though. July 15, 2005. That feels like decades ago now.
I don’t trust my DH with the laundry either. Lots of times he thinks he’s helping, but I just wind up with white clothes dyed pink or bleach stains on things.

As for the vacation thing, I love vacationing with DH because I rarely get to see him when we’re not on vacation. My parents don’t vacation together much though. My dad doesn’t really LIKE vacations. He owns his own business, so he hates taking off more than a day in a row. He also likes his routines (reading the paper in the morning, going to the post office for his mail, etc.). My mom is a lot more relaxed and flexible (as you need to be with five children). So they’ve both been happier leaving dad at home sometimes. My mom has taken a lot of vacations with my grandparents and the kids. Dad’s lightened up a little over the last year or so (he’s coming with us in December), but it’s a new thing for him, and he still doesn’t make a great traveler.

Alice- Thank goodness you mentioned your car. I have to bring mine in for oil change and inspection (the inspection ends today!). I hope your car issues get resolved.

Jill- Sorry you’re missing the trick or treating. My mom missed a couple of years while she was going back to school too.

Nucpharm- Sounds like you have a lot of fun stuff planned. I like chili as a party food.

Hillbeans- It is the Disney Store Kermit costume. I bought it on clearance last year because it was cute, and it would work if Olivia was a girl or a boy.

Tykes- wow- only 2 weeks! You’re going to be in WDW before you know it.

The time change is killing me! Olivia went to bed around 6:45 last night and was up sometime around 5 am. DH (my “helper” for today) is still in bed! Time to wake him up!!!

Morning! Keep your fingers crossed that the boy continues to sleep...

Well, I waited around for the ENTIRE day(and it was a gorgeous near 70 degree day - our last) yesterday and neither the electrician or plumber showed up. At least the electrician told me he wouldn't get here until today by noon or so yesterday so I knew not to expect him. The #*#! plumber kept saying he was coming all the way up to 8 p.m. when he decided we'd be his first call this morning. Grrrr. Now the electrician has come and gone and where is the stupid plumber??? It's 9 o'clock!!!!! Oh and guess what - the electrician found no problem whatsoever - everything was working. I watched DH change out the bulbs a few weeks ago and also try to use the outdoor outlet and none of them worked. Now the electrician changes the bulbs and they work.??? He was really nice about it as he took his $77 dollar check - I guess he saved the :rotfl2: for when he was in the truck...what a nice guy.

Still no official word for DH other than it's most likely a go, but we don't know ANYTHING so can't really plan. He won't make the move unless the company will cover most everything so we'll see if they'll go for that. Last summer when we moved here it took FOREVER to get info, so I'm sure it will be the same way - a waiting game.

justhat - thanks so much for sending the coupons!!! I do enjoy traveling with my mom and kids without DH on occasion, but I LOVE our vacations together as a family.

justhat, tykes, and ginamarie - yippee for your soon-to-be-vacations!!! How exciting!!

tykes - I'm quite sure you look much better in that new suit than you are thinking! And just think - you'll be wearing it at the most awesome place!!

hillbeans - sorry you are missing the school party - I've missed a few when my own class parties were at the same time and the girls survived! Hope you can get out of work early to start the fun!

jill - so sorry you have to miss Halloween night with the kids! LOVE the cute pictures!

nucpharm - Have fun at the church festivities!! Yikes about DH thinking about missing the big birthday - smart man to re-arrange things!!

sl - Have fun tonight showing off Lucas! I really miss the days when we had family in town and I'd have to take the girls all over the place.

glt - feel better!!!!! Glad the water park was fun even though DH missed out. Cute pumpkins...both the orange round ones and the kiddos!!!

Robin - No, no, no....didn't anyone ever tell you you're supposed to show up and HELP at the party - not be in charge!!!!! Good luck! Hope the tires are ok...what a pain!

diskim - hope you survive Halloween at school and have energy left for family fun!!

val - wow - you need to "finish up your shopping"??? you are awesome...I need to START!

ginamarie - glad you had fun at the festival

OOhh...Sam-the-plumber just called and is on his way!

Well, need to go get a bottle ready for you-know-who. Cat-nap number one for the day is over. If I don't get back, HAPPY HALLOWEEN to everyone and can't wait to see some pictures!!

Here is a pic of Jimmy in his costume. I'm going to attempt to take a better one tonight.

I'll try to post more later.

Happy FREEZING Halloween lol! Its COLD here :furious: which is just awful for halloween.......... but at least ds is too little to know if we cut the trick or treating short this year. :guilty: We took him out last night to an event sponsored by a radio station.......so he got to play around in his costume anyway, which to him is the whole point, he isnt really into the candy yet (all the more for me :thumbsup2 ).

Oh, and for swimming lessons saturday a little kid choked on water and puked in the pool RIGHT by me and ds. :sad2: It was so gross, and they they just moved us to a new area of the pool while they fished out the big chunks with a net..... I could NOT concentrate on playing anymore, I just kept on the lookout for any floating chunks :rotfl:

well, should go clean.........................

dizagain--did I miss something?? Are you guys moving again so soon? Hopefully, back south for you! :beach:

staci--Fishing out the BIG CHUNKS???? EEWWW!!!!! :crazy2:

lissawyn--Jimmy looks ADORABLE! What a cute costume!

Okay, I really got to get my workout in this morning while Matthew is napping. Check in later!

Hi Everyone! :sunny:

We just got back from John’s 12 month check up and I forgot about his 12 month shots. Poor little guy! He was a trooper though and did great. John is a “whopping” 17 lbs. 13 oz. which makes him still a tiny little guy. His head is huge though and measures out in the 95 percentile! We go back in month to get him checked out again, because technically he is developmentally delayed. It isn’t a surprise since my girls were and they were actually more delayed at this point. The doctor wants us to go to see a neurologist and we will probably go to the same one who treated Meagan when she was a baby. Never a dull moment around here! ;) Before I forget, there were two brand spanking new babies at the doctors this morning and they were so adorable! It makes me wistful sometimes to think that I will never have another little newborn to hold.

Justhat – Have a wonderful time at WDW! :wizard: We will have to plan to meet up at MVMCP in December! As far as vacation, I barely see my dh now so I love going away as a family so we can have some time together.

Nucpharm – Your daughter thinking you are Clifford cracked me up!! :lmao: Have a great time at Matthew’s party this weekend. I’m glad your dh found someone to work for him too! That is sweet that your MIL is coming as well!

Ginamarie – Hopefully, Olivia’s ‘internal clock’ will switchover soon so she won’t get up so early for you! Post some pictures of Olivia as Kermit! He is my favorite Muppet. I bet Olivia looks adorable!

Hillbeans – I hope your back feels better very soon! :grouphug: I’m sorry you are missing Kevin’s school party, but I understand where you are coming from. This morning Katie asked again if I could make her party, but I can’t. She is my child that loves a lot of one on one time and it breaks my heart that my schedule has been so insane lately.

Dizagain – How frustrating to be waiting for people to come to your house only to have no shows! We had our basement finished years ago and that happened all the time to us. It made me insane! I hope that the plumber shows up!

Hey Zalansky – Good luck with putting your house on the market this January! The real estate market in the county I live in has depreciated a great deal which is great for buyers but not so much for sellers.

Lissawynn – Oh my goodness, Jimmy is so CUTE!!!! I love his costume!

Staci – Ick about the barf in the pool! I hope it warms up a little for you all in time for trick or treating!

SL – Good luck registering for classes! How many are you going to take next semester? BTW, I love the purse!

Tamie – I loved your pictures from your party! Gosh, two more weeks until WDW! It will be here soon!

Val – You are way ahead of me with the Christmas shopping! Good luck with work too. I hope that the new person is fast!

DisKim – Good luck today at school! I hope that the kids are not too crazy.

GLT – Feel better soon!!!! :grouphug:

Robin – How are you feeling today? I hope that the party goes well.

Floridafam – How are you feeling? Better, I hope!

Hi to everyone! I gotta read up for one of my classes this afternoon.

Happy Halloween to everyone! I can’t wait to see pictures!!! :goodvibes

Jill- you are an angel! That's a perfect game to play, and lucky me, I just bought TP at Costco last week, so we have PLENTY. :rotfl:

Justhat- I think that was a Butterscotch Square, from best I can tell from you description and the website. Unless it was caramel- I know those can be squares too, but then you would have said 'caramel.' And whoops- for some reason I thought DL was this fall- I remembered after you said this was the big trip to WDW! Have fun!

Staci- I'm with nucpharm- 'fishing out the big chunks?' :crazy2:

lissa- Jimmy looks darn cute in his chicken costume! :thumbsup2

Oh, and justhat, I enjoy vacations with my family- extended family too, as it means grandparents can help...besides the fact that I enjoy my parent's company. But lately we have known more and more people who go on vacations with their friends (leaving DH's and kids behind), or just their moms, or get nannies to come to watch the kids. Now, I have gone on two trips with my mom (and no kids) and will go to France with her in 08 just us, but I couldn't imagine doing ALL my trips like that with no DH and/or no kids. I really missed DH on our trip to WDW last Sept. It felt strange to be there with the kids and not him. :guilty:

GLT- my car is so new, I don't think it has a switch for the air pressure light- everything is electric and automatic (and therefore irritating sometimes!). It did go off from the tire store to the gas station and from the gas station to home. It came on again when we went out for soccer. :confused3 I'm glad you and the kiddoes are feeling a bit better this morning.

Hillbeans and Jill- I have had to miss some parties and such at Sam's school; I just didn't have the energy in first grade to go and help for the Halloween party (or maybe she didn't make a big deal about it, I can't remember), and I have only gone on 1-2 field trips. It's just so hard with the little kids to find a sitter and such so I can do these things with the older ones. I am bringing Molly with me today; that should be interesting. Anyway, I am sorry you are feeling blue about missing some activities but we all know you are both FAB mommies- try not to feel guilty!

Diz- highly irritating you had to stay home all day yesterday and then NEITHER repairman came! Ugh!

OK, I gotta go- Molly was up for an hour again in the middle of the night. I don't know what her deal is lately. And it was from 3:15- 4:15 this time...I don't think it had to do with the time change.

Hey Moms.

There is so much to reply to as I have not made it out of bed in days but I'll have to catch up later. Both DH and I got Jace's virus. This is the worst sickness I have ever had - so foul!! I woke up in the middle of the night Sunday without warning and vomitted all over the bed. The puking finally stopped but I had a 104.5 degree fever yesterday until this morning. Now call me crazy, but how come MD's aren't concerned about a fever that high??? So much for the covering jerky MD who told me to take tylenol. Today I am a somewhat better, Jace is still home with me and DH went to work but still feels bad. We were camped out in bed all day yesterday. I still can't eat or drink anything. I'm queasy, dizzy and my head is pounding. Now is it just me or are these new viruses Supersized??? I don't remember ever getting anything like this growing up. What's the deal?

So much for Halloween. I think I'll just leave a bucket of candy on the porch and tell kids to take a few pieces. I'm so bummed.

If Jace even gets in his costume, I'll try and take a photo. Keep all the photos coming and I'll try to come back again when I'm feeling better.
I pray that none of you get this virus...it's awful.

Happy Halloween all!

Real quick...precious baby sleeping after a run to Target and I'd like to eat lunch!

joats - I'm SO SORRY your family is so sick - sounds like a bear of a virus. I'm sorry Halloween is messed up for you guys - that is totally a bummer. Take care!

Staci - chunks in the pool??? OOOOOOOOHHHHHHH gross! It's freezing here as well - should be around 40.

Ok, the plumber got here and while talking my ear completely off he managed to tell me I need a new disposal for $495 installed. I said we'll have to wait two weeks for that and he told me to "just charge it"! Well, that would be all fine and dandy if he took AMEX but we don't "do" credit cards anymore after the fun we had with them in our 20's. Anyway, what a pain in the butt - like I don't have better things to do with that $ in November/December. Oh well, I'm spoiled, a disposal is a must.

I'm gonna go eat a sandwich and since Hannah so graciously opened the candy last night for me and put in the basket I suppose I'll have to eat a Hershey Bar too!! Then I have to go put my Halloween lights out front as I didn't think we had electricity before and now we do.

Oh! I totally forgot to tell you about my Worst Mommy of the Year moment...we have no pumpkins. Not one. I kept putting off picking some up and guess what - there aren't any!!!!!! Thank goodness Carson doesn't know and the girls are old enough to deal - I feel so bad!

joats,

I'm so sorry all of you are sick. I was reading about a large Salmonella outbreak in 10 states. Did your Dr. mention anything about that?

I hope you are all feeling better soon.

I went out and picked up our pumpkins. Dh is still sick. I'm feeling a little better but still feeling guilty about our WDW trip. UGH! Why do I do this to myself?

I hope everyone has a wonderful Halloween. :wave2:

dizagain - is it just a sink garbage disposal? I know we bought ours at Home Depot for like $75; maybe you can get someone else to install it? Anyway, thought that sounded REALLY high. I get that credit card question once in a while too, hello, if I wanted to charge it I would! Sorry about the pumpkins - I think as long as they get candy they will get over the pumpkins! ;)

Tasha - You and Kylie enjoy Halloween! I know you were looking forward to it.

Robin - hope the party went well. I hope that it is just a warning light that needs to be reset and not a tire problem. Ugh about Molly being up!

Tamie - your comment about cutting Leif off when looking at that little face had me :rotfl: thanks! I have (mostly) cut out our a.m. feeding. So we are down to about 3 a day - plus middle of the night ones. Getting there, maybe...

Joats - that sounds horrible :wizard: I hope you feel better soon (and please don't pass it on to me, ick!). Sorry you can't celebrate Halloween today. :guilty:

FF - I missed it somewhere, what happened to your trip? I hope you have a nice Halloween.

Leif wants attention, catch up more later.

joats- I'm so sorry you guys got sick now too! It sounds just awful. What a horrible day for it to happen too. I hope you feel better soon!

diz - Ouch on the disposal! I don't think disposals are that hard to install. Maybe you should look into buying one at home depot. I wish I could send you a pumpkin, we have 8 of them on our front steps!

ff - I wish I could come over there and knock some sense into you ;) Don't feel guilty about your trip. You deserve it! We received our package yesterday, thanks!

robin - sorry Molly is getting up for you in the middle of the night. Is she a crab during the day at all? ears maybe

jill - glad john's appt. went well. I hate those shots!!

lissawynn - Jimmy is so cute!!

staci - ew, ew and ewwww!!!

Anyone have any favorite healthy choice or lean cuisine meals? I hate trying new ones only to come across a not so good one now and then. I am eating a really good lean cuisine shrimp with angel hair pasta. They have an asian one with potstickers that is yummy too.

gotta take advantage of nap time. talk to you all later.

tamie

nucpharm - Have a good time at the church Halloween party. Good call on leaving the devil costume at home. That might be frowned upon. :lmao:

justhat - When do you leave? If I miss you - have a great trip!!

hillbeans - Sorry you have to miss Kevin's Halloween parade.

tkyes - I've been eating Smart Ones lately. Believe it or not, the mac and cheese is pretty good. I also like their potatoes and broccoli in cheese sauce.

ginamarie - Hope your DH is more help this afternoon than he was this morning.

dizagain - Good luck with the wait on finding out about the move.

lissawynn - Jimmy looks adorable in his costume! Is he a hat-wearer? I can't get Lucas to keep the ears of his costume on for anything.

staci - I would have jumped out of the pool so fast that I'd probably have been running ON the water. Gross!

llij - Glad John's appt went well. Good luck with the neurologist.

Alice28 - Sorry Molly woke up again last night.

joats - I hope you and your DH feel better soon. That virus sounds nasty.

floridafam - Don't feel guilty about your vacation. You'll have a great time and you deserve it!

glt - Did you get your writing done this morning?

Hope everyone else has fun tonight!

tamie- I like the Lean Cuisine broccoli and cheese and potatoes....I also like their sesame chicken in some sort of noodles.

And Molly isn't a crab all day- that's what I don't get. She was laughing and crawling all around us at 3:30 this AM. I was like, forget this, put her back in her bed with a bottle of water! She's definitely not sick, but her sleep patterns are off. She won't go down for a nap right now, but she DID sleep til 9:30 this AM, after her middle of the night party.

FF- stop feeling guilty and go on your trip! You did say it was for your birthday, right? Celebrate right! Why as women are we always so hesitant to do something great for ourselves, but go all out for our children, our families, husbands....I am so guilty of that, and am DETERMINED to treat myself to something indulgant on my next bday. I will be 35 and will deserve to do something great. :teeth:

Joats! Oh my goodness, I can't believe how sick you are! How horrible! :grouphug:

Diz- yowza on the garbage disposal! I hope you can get it installed for cheaper than $500! And I have pumpkins, but they are not carved yet, nor do I feel like doing it!

Here is a pic Joshua took of Molly and I- note that Camo is NOT flattering! :rotfl: Not to mention DH's BDUs are too big on me, so I look like a freaking whale....

halloween021.jpg

I will post more pics of the kids later! :wave2: OH! The class party went just fine. Not sure what I was worried about. The mummy game was great, as was Bingo, and TONS of candy! Geez! We hardly need to trick or treat tonight for Sam!
