I've been looking around the Disney site when making my FP+ this morning, and it seems that some of the renovations that were to take place starting 1/6 have moved up to 1/2. ---- the two I noticed are Splash Mountain and Cassey's Corner. Sad. We're arriving the 5th and heading straight to MK for the Christmas Lights (that BETTER still be up! (last night as well, the last time I checked)) and I thought we'd be able to sneak in SM and CC before refurb. Guess not But at least...... 60 DAYS!

Can't wait to find out! Let us know!

Midnight tonight is my 60 day! So far no one has had access after Jan 5th. I arrive Jan 6th. Tonight seems to be the test!

Congrats! I'll be there almost the same days (25th through the 1st) and staying at Pop. 80 more days to go! It's taking toooooo long.

Midnight was also my 60 day mark. I checked in online but I'm not able to customize Magicbands or select FP+. I keep clicking around but nothing comes up...boo!

Yep, our magic bands showed up too! Only grey right now. I ordered our tickets and I'm hoping I can link those up soon too!

I'm kind of regretting now that I split my reservation from the 2-4, 5-8 so that I could get the RO discount on the 5-8. Because now I have 2 sets of magic bands coming. It saves me a couple of hundred dollars but I'm afraid that the hassle it will cause may outweigh the money. Are there any threads that I can talk about 'split-stays' on?

I hsve 2 sets and. Split stay. I've heard it's been no issue. We leave tommorow

Heather is probably busy basking in her happiness Although it didn't work this morning, all the Jan 6 peeps have been reporting it suddenly turned on this afternoon. No MB customization, but yes to FP+ for their entire trip. Phew!!

61 days here, arrival January 7. I was just able to customize my bands!!! It was not there earlier in the evening, everyone should go check.

Yes! It worked finally this afternoon!

lol I was at work but you should have seen how excited I was on my lunch break (checking the MDE a 5th time!) when it finally showed me the FP+ selections!

I've made them all.

BUT no Magic Band customization. Grr. I even called in to ask since so many people arriving AFTER my date seem to be able to today. She just said I should get the email inviting me soon since they DID extend the test again past Jan 5th.

Heather, I bet you'll be able to customize your bands at any moment! Seriously, I am pretty much the last person ANY of this technological stuff works for. If it's working on my end, the odds are definitely in your favor. Lol.

What I did was went to my online check in (I had done it last night) and ADJUSTED the expected arrival time. As soon as I got back to the main page the "MANAGE" magic bands had changed to "PERSONALIZE"!

So I thought I would try my luck since a few people were reporting they were able to customize magic bands and make fast pass selections. Guess what? I logged in a few minutes ago and can customize my magic bands and make fast pass selections and I am 75 days out

I hope everyone else has the same luck!

Ok, after customizing magic bands I found out that I can not get past step 2 when I go to make my fast pass selections. Based on the posts on the Facebook group people who are over 60 days are running into this issue and it seems that you have to be 60ish days or less to make the fast pass selections. I'll keep checking each day to see if I get lucky as the magical switch could be activated at any time.

I'm 60 days out today. I was able to make fast pass+ selections for the whole week, but still now customizing magic bands. Hopefully that shows up in the next couple days.

What's this someone says about adjusting your estimated arrival time? Should I do that? Our flight doesn't get in until 5pm.

Arriving on Jan. 25th and was able to customize MB this morning! YAY!!!

No FP+ still... but that's ok... still awhile away from 60 days for us.
