Does anyone know if I can have them shipped early so we have them for Xmas?

So excited that I was able to log on and customize my Magic Bands today. I decided to go with pink. My DD is going to be Red and my DH and DS are going to be green. Can't wait to get them in the mail. We are at 68 days out. So exciting!!!

Sign-in to My Disney Experience, link your package reservation or room only and tickets, then choose Personalize MagicBands. You can choose a color and a name for each guest on your reservation.

We were able to personalized our bands this weekend too. But I was a little confused, we are doing a split stay and they want us to personalized two sets of bands...one for each resort. Does that make sense? I thought the whole purpose of Magic Band was to link everything together and not need to have two sets of bands/room keys?

I think with any new check in they give you a new set of bands. But I've heard that you can use either of them so just pick 2 different colors and you can probably switch them up to match what you're wearing! Lol.

We hit our 60 day mark today so I logged into to make our FastPass+ selections.

I gotta say the process is a little wonky and seems intentionally difficult. Instead of just listing the rides with the available times, this process of picking three that you're interested in and then them forcing upon you choices for times seems counterproductive.

Sure, for uninitiated, I can see making some general recommendations, but there should be an easier way for the rest of us to be more straightforward about it. For example, for our first day I select Space Mountain, Enchanted Tales, and Buzz Lightyear. Then it gives me four options for times it recommends that encompass all three rides... none of which really fit to what I want to do. So now I have to accept one of these pre-configured groups and then go back into the system and reconfigure each one separately.

What a waste of time. Just let me do that from the beginning.

Not only that, but then it recommends times that directly overlap with dinner reservations I have setup already. I know that because on that same page it says "This overlaps with your dining reservation". If it knows that... then why does it even bother recommending that time??

We are doing a split stay at three hotels. We also got 3 sets of magic bands so we added different names on the inside and made them different colors. We are on our honeymoon so we have mr. Mrs. And bride and groom

So, we have a great rate for a flight home and we booked it, but we can't find a good rate for the flight TO WDW. Shouldn't this be the other way around, that we just aren't coming home, and will live at WDW forever? LOL!

I understand how it's inconvenient for you, but I would imagine that for most people, it is more convenient to just pick the three rides and then have the times pre-selected, rather than being forced to individually select each time.

I find it hard to believe that being recommended times that conflict with current existing reservations is easier than being presented a simple drop-down menus with available times to make your own choices. I also don't have a problem with them making recommendations, but there should be a 5th option available to customize yourself rather than have to go back in and do each one individually.

In the end, the current system works, but lets hope its a work in progress and not the final product. Right now I think their recommendations are more about their own attempts to manage traffic than necessarily for convenience for the user.

So I have FINALLY made all of our ADR's. I was so wishy-washy and kept changing them!! We have the O'Hana breakfast, Via Napoli, Liberty Tree Tavern, the Plaza and T-Rex. We've only tried LTT and T-Rex before, so the others are new. My son is very excited about O'Hana because he loves Stitch.
Got an email last week about the magic bands, so we customized those. I got pink, DH got blue and DS got green.
With Thanksgiving and Christmas coming up, our trip will be here before we know it.

What dates are you going Sarah? I keep hearing rumors of rides closing but I can't find info on it. We are going on Jan 25th and I've heard no 3pm parade at MK, Splash (shows on Disneys list), FOTLK at AK and no parade at AK. Didn't Ariels Grotto just opened why would they have to refurb it already?
