Is anyone interested in doing a question of the day to get a little more excited about our upcoming trips (if that's possible )?

I guess I'll find out by the response, so I'll just go ahead and get started:

If you've made your ADRs, which one are you most excited about and why?

Question of the day's are great ideas

I've only made two ADR's (I'm on QS, so I'm being a bit stingy about OOP meals), but I'm most excited for 50's Prime Time on the day I arrive I figure that even if my server doesn't pick on me, there will be lots of other people to watch

If you've made your ADRs, which one are you most excited about and why?

I'm excited to try La Hacienda. We're eating there the last night of our trip. It sounds like the food is good and I'm sure the margaritas will be divine, especially since I'm running 26.2 miles earlier that day...

I haven't made any. I only plan on 1 or 2 and I can't decide.

I love the food at Boma. I've always wanted to try SciFi and 50's PrimeTime. I adore the Crystal Palace for breakfast - pooh bear is my favorite if you haven't guessed by my name and avatar. DS7 and DS10 want to eat with the duck and it's DS2's first trip.

How to decide?

Can you add me to the list? We're going Jan 12-26, staying at CBR with free dining!! Hopefully with all the upcoming holidays between now and then and the busy schedules they cause, time will fly between now and January!

I'm most excited for Ohana dinner. I really wanted to do this one on our last trip and we had a reservation, but my son got sick so we didn't get to eat there.

I am excited about 2 of our ADRs. Via Napoli, we were there last year in Aug, and it wasn't opened yet, so I have been wanting to go there for over a year! Also, Ohana's dinner. We have done the breakfast there many times, and I'm excited about the meat skewers. Other than that, it's the normal character meals for us, The kids feel like they haven't been to Disney if we don't eat at their favorites(Chef Mickey, Akershus, Crystal Palace, and a few others)

If you've made your ADRs, which one are you most excited about and why?

I have made a lot of ADRs............love them. Since I am going with BFF for our birthday celebrations and it is only her second trip, we are trying some places she has never been before and some favorites from her last trip.
But new for me and most exciting is Lunch with an Imagineer. Looking forward to it a lot. The 2 of us are going with another DIS member and her sister.
DH did he lunch a couple of years ago and loved it.

I need grocery delivery tips. I think we're going to do breakfast in the room every morning before we head to the parks. Our kids are early risers (~715) so I see this as feasible and still getting to RD.

We have used Garden Grocer in the past and were very pleased. There is a minimum and of course the prices are higher then what you'd pay at home, but if you don't have a car it's a great alternative.

I use Garden Grocer all the time also.
Great service.....we never have a car (don't want one at Disney).
We always have breakfast in the room and order water also.....and some snacks.
More expensive than the store, but still better than Disney prices and great to have things in the room.

So, I guess we are now staying at OKW in a lovely grand villa instead of SSR as I mentioned earlier on in the thread. I am sooo happy though since OKW is our home resort

We have free dining and have ADR's for HDDR, Crystal Palace Breakfast, Artist's Point and Hacienda de San Angel. While I chose all for the fact that their are uniquely Disney and or USA, I think I'm most excited about Artists Point because it is a Signature Restaurant with a distinctly American feel. I also see it as a time to cut back the pace and relax with the family.

Here's a question. i know it's not very original but here goes...

What will be your first ride and why?

While I chose all for the fact that their are uniquely Disney and or USA, I think I'm most excited about Artists Point because it is a Signature Restaurant with a distinctly American feel. What will be your first ride and why?

Okay, I haven't been on here in a while, but I am all caught up and LOVIN' the question of the day!!

1: The ADR I am most excited about is our O'hana breakfast. This trip is a surprise to begin with, but my DD 11 is a Stitch FREAK and she has no idea we can have breakfast with him!! Can't wait to see her face!!

2: Probably going to be Dumbo! It's the recommended first ride because of the style of loading...not to mention I love being up there and seeing everything first thing in the morning!! LOVE IT!!!

Loving reading about everyone's plans!! The countdown is slowly going down!!

The first park I'm going to is HS, and I'm kind of looking forward to Tower of Terror, even though usually the idea of a ride like that terrifies me

Based on our arrival time, I'm guessing (yes guessing!!) that we will visit HS first. That means TSM or ToT first.

What will be your first ride and why?

Star Tours! Since our last trip(Aug '10) DS has become obsessed with Star Wars. If we didn't ride this first....DS would be driving us crazy to go ride it! I am PRAYING no rehab on this in Jan DS would be devastated!

Hmm, I'm not sure what park we are going to first, but I think it'll be Epcot. Our first ride if we go there will be Soarin because I have yet to ride it!

We hope to go this year with our 2 year old who is almost three, went last year in january with her and had a blast. Just hoping for some room only discounts now.

It's the first visit for DS2 so .....DUMBO!!!!

It is just the quintessential ride for little ones at MK.

You know at this point I have no idea what our first ride will be. I am not really sure where we will be our first stop.

Our first park is probably going to be Epcot so first ride will be Soarin OR Spaceship Earth if the Soarin line is to long or we don't make RD. If we end up at MK, for reason the Tomorrowland Transit Authority is always our first ride.
