Could someone please tell me what next week's teaser was about? I wasn't home last night so my Dh recorded the episode for me but he turned the tape off before they showed what will happen next week.

I kind of like the story line with "the jerk" as well. The Dean thing is getting played out. I do wonder how they are going to get rid of him though . I really hope they don't kill him off or something 'cause that will make me cry !

Next week's teaser was just about Rory doing stuff with the super-secret club people (jumping off a tower in a ball gown with an umbrella). There was no mention of anyone else in it.

Well I wanted to pummel Emily and Richard, lol ! They were such snobby jerks to Luke! I'm getting a little nervous that they are setting us up for a Luke/Lorelai split. I hope not.

I also love Lane getting some romance ! That was too funny when she kissed Zach while he had the other roomate slung over his shoulder.

Well, I don't dislike Logan as much as I did before, but I still don't like him much.

And quite frankly, although I usually like Emily and Richard and find them amusing, the last 5 minutes of the show last night had me hunting for something to chuck at the TV. Don't pick on Luke on my watch! Saying he wouldn't be a good stepfather to Rory really ticked me off!!

I acutally really liked last night's episode. I hope Rory is invited to join the life and death brigade...that shot of them jumping was just too cool.

And what is the deal with next week? Rory already "came out" to society...whats this hoity toity party her grandmother is throwing now?

I thought it was a good one too, and I can't wait to see what's up with Rory and the tiara. My thought is that the party has something to do with the Life and Death Brigade. Maybe Richard was a member? He wouldn't have said anything before since it is a secret...

I forget which spoiler site I read this, but apparently Emily and Richard don't want to trust Rory to make her own choice, considering how badly they think Lorelai is doing. SO they gather a bunch of "eligible" males and try to find her someone. Logan saves her from this, by showing up and saying he and Rory have been dating for a long time. </td></tr></table>

Guess what, the show was on Tuesday nite when all the election stuff was on.

Logan let Rory come to the secret society night. A note was delivered to be somewhere at a certain time. They blind folded her and when she got there, she said, "does the state or park rangers know your here".

She witnessed a 1920 Gatsby style picnic. No words with the letter "e" was allowed. She slept alone in a tent with a bed, washbowl and a candle burning in her tent. The next morning Logan told her to go back in her tent for a surprise. It was a ball gown.

Logan convinced Rory to live dangerously and convinced her to jump off the tower. She climbed the tower and they hooked her up to a belt and gave her an umbrella. She and Logan held hands and jumped. I thought it was cool, but then as a mother of 2 college aged kids it sort of made me mad.

Rory told Logan no 3 times, that she didn't want to jump. She gave into peer pressure or persuasion of the opposite sex and did it after he begged her.

I guess part of the secret society is jumping off of strange things. After the jump, one of the guys were like "wew, it worked".

Luke-he drove back to Star's Hallow drunk.

I really enjoyed last night's episode. I watched it this morning as I was avoiding the tv like the plague last night....I like the new guy, al ot more than I like Dean...Luke drunk was hilarious and Loreli's excuse to get him out of golf was priceless. I LOVED the stuff with Lane (she's one of my favorites) but I don't think it's going to work out....

Did anyone else notice just how beautiful Alexis Bledel looked in that dress? She's a very pretty girl, but last night she looked absolutely gorgeous!

The person who dies has been been on before and had scenes with Lorelai and Rory. It's not a "funny" death. And it could really have an effect on the rest of the season It's not Mia or Sherry.

I missed a few eps due to my schedule, so I haven't seen her but that doesn't mean she hasn't been on. Who else? Maybe the teacher Lorelai dated the first season? That seems unlikely to have serious consequenses though. I'm stumped. </td></tr></table>
