Ah well...I have a ton of baking to do...and I still have to watch the first 2 hours of the Amazing Race that I Tivo'd on Saturday

Stink ~ you are so funny! I'm going to miss them too but we always have them on ABC Family. I watch that whenever I can. Still can't figure out who dies - guess we'll just have to wait and see.

Miss Patty was having a party to celebrate 40 years on the stage. When Lorelai said she would bring Luke, Miss Patty seemed surprised because it was Luke's "Dark Day" He always disappeared on this day every year.

When Rory and Lorelai went to Friday night dinner, Richard knew more about Rory's "relationship" with Logan than Lorelai did.

Rory got asked by the headmaster at Chilton to show around a prospective Yale student (16 years old). Rory showed her all this dorky stuff and the girl ran away to a frat party.

Logan and some friends did a little skit in Rory's psych class that embarrassed her. When she complained about it to Marty, he got really mad because he didn't understand how Rory couldn't realize that the only reason Logan did this was because he liked her. Marty really likes Rory, and he got upset.

Paris's life coach Terrence said she needed to get more involved socially, so she tried speed dating. She ended up running into the editor of the paper there (I can't think of his name) and they slept together. Now they are tryign to figure out if they want a relationship or not.

Luke got upset because some old lady is selling her house and he was renting her garage for storage. Lorelai found out Luke kept his dad's half finished boat there. Luke told the lady to throw it away, but Lorelai bought it. Luke found out and got really upset, but they eventually made up.

Rory got back at Logan by having Richard go up to him in front of his friends and start talking about how they would get a prenup together and stuff like that.

I think that is about it. Hopefully I didn't miss too much.

Let's see if I can remember. November 30 is Luke's "Dark Day" when he doesn't see anyone because that's the day his father died. On his dark day, the little old lady who owned the barn where his father had stored his boat told Luke she had to go into a nursing home and Luke would have to move the boat. Luke told her to just get rid of it and Lorelai didn't want him to lose it so she bought it along with all the other junk the lady had (including several Thighmasters.) Luke found out she had the boat and they got into an argument because he said she never listened to him. He came and found her later, they made up and he told her to "keep thinking the way you do."

Rory had a Chiltons student come stay with her who only wanted to party. She tried to show her everything educational on campus and took her to class when Logan and his friends burst into her class and put on this elaborate skit about him (Logan) and another guy being in love with Rory and fighting over her. When Rory confronted Logan, she lost the Chiltons student who went to a party and was picked up by campus police. Rory thinks she may have retroactively flunked out of high school because Headmaster Charleston is that ticked off at her.

Then, Richard came to Yale and met with Logan. Told him that he'd heard what happened and how Logan had declared his love for Rory. He told him he'd met with Logan's father and arranged the pre-nup and the engagement party and Emily was taking care of the newspaper announcements and "Welcome to the family!" While Logan was freaking out with his friends, Richard went back to Rory and she thanked him for helping her get even. Richard then offered to take on Paris, if needed.

Speaking of Paris--there was a great scene where she was speed dating and hooked up with the newspaper editor.

Thank you so much. I missed the scenes with Luke and Lorelai but I did get to see the one with Paris and the speed dater - too funny. Love this show!

I love the effect this show has on my SO! We watched last night and when Luke stood outside Miss Patty's waiting for Lorelai and then apologized to her, my SO said, "Good! He knew he was being a ****".

Although I had to wipe the fog off the TV when Lorelai was walking around Luke's apartment in just his flannel shirt. SO liked that a lot!

I thought last night was a great episode!! But I was bummed there were no previews!

I thought it was hilarious when Richard talked to Logan - I really like Logan - i think Marty is kind of annoying - maybe that is b/c whenever I thought I had a great friendship with a guy it seemed he ended up having a huge crush on me like Marty does on Rory and I always found it annoying that anytime I tried to be just friends it didn't seem possible -

although I did end up marrying the man who was my best friend - so maybe not that annoying!

FYI, for those of you who go to gilmore-girls.net, it's gone. I've been trying to access it for a couple weeks, but always get "page cannot be displayed". Bummer...it was a good site.

Ok, girls...January 25th they start back up with new episodes. I just got the first season on DVD and have been watching that passing the time till new ones are on...
