If he really is dead, it just shows us how cold Jerry Jacks is, to order the hit like that. I hate Jerry now. Is that what they wanted, for the viewers to really dislike this guy even more? Poor Epiphany, I felt so badly for her yesterday. What's with all the death on GH? The writers need to lighten up!

They must of predicted the strike so they wanted to leave us in a gloomly stage then come back in and cheer us all up...

I am sooo sick of the Luke the horrid father. Lucky needs to get over it, Lucky was a good father it just happened to be to Jonathan Jackson's Lucky, and I have said before it was hard for him to be perfect to Lulu since she went from 5 to 15. I remember things most of us do that the writers seem to forget. Lucky was a happy boy and just like his father when they came to town. And up till recently the only time Luke was gone was when he was on vacation. They forget about him having the club or being there for Lucky and Elizabeth when she was raped.

I might not remember what I did 2 hours ago but I do remember stuff from 20 odd years of watching a soap.

WTH-Where did this French accent of Jerry's come from? I just tuned in today for the first time in a few days, but I didn't think it was so long for Jerry to get a speech change! For a long time, he spoke with no accent, now he suddenly has a quite noticeable French accent!? I know that they liked the actor and wanted to find a way to keep him around. But IMO they have really stretched reality so much with him that he no longer has credibility as a character.

I noticed that too. I was wondering if there really was now 2 characters. Remember when he tried to tell everyone he wasn't the killer at the Metro Court. The only one that stuck to her guns was Sam and she knew he was the killer. They just sort of dropped the ball on that one and made us all accept Jerry Jax as a regular. That was the only time I liked Sam, was when she was ripping into Jerry. Carly knew the difference too, but let her hatred of him go.

It's a plot device. Not saying it's a great one, but it does look like Jerry likes his disguises. If you notice he turned around to Alexis and spoke to her in his regular accent.

plus, I think the actor is French and they probably wanted to take advantage of him being able to speak another language fluently. I've noticed the french accent sneaking in over the past few days even when he wasn't speaking French to anyone.

I thought the accent was just because he has this side gig as this Moreau guy... just like "James Craig" and "Mr. Brosnan" and Jerry are all one in the same. Another alias. His employees think he's a French mobster, so he plays it up with the accent.

Now all those scenes a while back with Sam make more sense... remember how he tried to convince her to seduce Trevor? He used the pretense that it was to protect everyone from the Zaccharas... looks like he was digging for info on his mob competition. Then the bomb at the warehouse... all these little things he's doing to stir the pot between Sonny and the Zaccharas... so he can sweep in.

I hear ya! I remember Luke being a great dad! You're absolutely right--- they keep going on about him never being around, and it's such a load of crap--- that's a recent thing due to his vacation schedule. I loathe these writers who come in and change history on the show.

I am so lost with the mob story line. Why did Craig kill off Stan? They have been talking of a mob war so long now, it is almost anti-climatic. Jason sitting at the head desk instead of Sonny, I thought he wanted out of the mob.

The actor who plays Jerry is French. Sebastian Roche is very nice in person but man I hate Jerry.

It was posted on 1/3/08 that "Sarah can confirms that she will be playing Johnny's sister, "Claudia Zacchara," on General Hospital and she will be with GH for at least 12 months."

I am sooo going to have a hard time NOT thinking of her as Carly!!!

I hear ya! I remember Luke being a great dad! You're absolutely right--- they keep going on about him never being around, and it's such a load of crap--- that's a recent thing due to his vacation schedule. I loathe these writers who come in and change history on the show.

I remember that also...I think it has to be difficult to right a storyline other than a dead beat dad for him..being that he the takes off for MONTHS at a time. I love Luke to death, only I'm getting tired of the rotten father story line. It's beating a dead horse to death already.
The chemistry and wit exchanged between he and Tracie is great. It has made her much more appealing..warmed her icy demeanor, without losing her edge.

I'm just now catching up on last week's epsidoes. I watched the one where Luke's soul is on trial and as a person in the medical profession, wow did his code blue suck. It was so unrealistic. When would you ever do CPR on a person sitting up in bed??? He would have been intubated from beginning of the code...and what a lousy job Dr. Julian did of faking chest compressions. Ok, rant over.

I am really, Really, REALLY, hating Sam right now. She just can't get past the fact that she and Jason are no longer a couple. Get Over It! Move on. I loved the fact that Liz told Sam that she will never babysit "the boys" with Lucky. I just wish Liz would have told Sam if she makes one more bad move that she will tell Lucky the truth about Sam. He hopefully would dump her. I say hopefully, because Lucky is not the brightest light bulb in the box. He seems to make all of his decisions from his pants.

Sam was just counting the moments to tell Carly that she knows Jason better than Carly ever will. You could see how hurt Carly was (yay!). I can't wait to see Jason's reaction to Carly. I hope he tells her off!!!!!!!

As much as I may dislike Sam..I'm thrilled that she told Carly about Jake. Carly really needs to be taken down a notch. She has this attitude that she is the "be all and end all" in the lives of all the men she knows. Hello ....not really. I wouldn't mind seeing her be put in her place. If she's supposed to be his friend..she should understand and respect Jason's feelings, even if she doesn't agree with them. Only she is a spoiled child who has gotten everything she has by sleeping with rich men. I thought to myself she was describing herself when she accused Sam of gettting everything she wants by laying on her back. Has she looked in the mirror? The woman has NO education to speak of...flunked out of "physical thearpy" training..which was a farce so she could snag her own mother's husband. She has gone from one rich man to another..with what?..her stimulating conversation. Tony..AJ, Sonny, Alcazar, Jax?...Carly needs to get a grip...hope Jason sets her straight.

Oh, tomorrow should be really good! Yeah Liz! for going to Sam's to let Lucky know what Sam did! Can't wait to hear what happens with Jason and Carly! Carly cracks me up, she is acting like Jason is her husband or something! All of the time when he was distracted and upset trying to decide whether to claim Jake and going through so much, she never even picked up on anything, just kept going on about her problem of the day. I think this will be a real test for their "friendship", which has been very one-sided anyway. I would imagine that if she tries to push Jason too hard he will tell her to get lost. He has already warned her once not to go after Liz.
Oh, just thought, maybe Liz will fill Lucky in on the park incident..that would be fun to watch
