I have been a cardholder for years, and never got an email about free dining. Is there a code?

I was wondering the same thing!! I have never gotten an email either!

Great news for everyone that can go during these dates .

The wait is still on for me, I guess I will have to hope for a good room discount - fingers crossed.

when are you going?? We are going 8/23 - 8/28 so free dining is out for us


now I have seen people posting about getting PIN code emails for my dates for 30% off, but of course, not me I can't win this year

We can wait together for some kind of discount this summer

I made mine on the 180 day mark because we are doing the DDP either way, but free would sure be nice!

Hi all I just got my Disney Hello email and this is what is on the left hand side of the email. I find it very interesting. Is this true that the values are 15% less then what was offered last year? And did you notice that it ends on 8/26? If free dining comes out for the dates you all are predicting it won't do my family any good we will go regardless, but I wonder if this is Disney's way to make amends for not offering free dining for value season.

Last year value season for values & moderates didn't start til 8/28/06.

If I stay from 9/20-27 will I still be eligible for free dining for the duration of my stay as long as I arrive before the 22nd?

You should be able to get it for your entire stay.

Just thought I'd mention that even though I have the disney visa over two years I also
did NOT ever get an email, but if I do, I'd be happy to update/pass along everyone if you'll be able to use it. My gut says no, because she mentioned it had to obviously be paid on the visa card.
I think that most people REALLY were hoping for earlier in August thru Sept, so the time frame really is not that great for the many that had been hoping.
Wonder if this then will "loosen up" some of the reservations made by people who booked because they anticipated the free dining and made all those advanced ADR's and resort reservations.
I guess time will tell.

I've already booked our trip for Sept 8-16...been hoping when free dining comes out I could add it to our package. I wonder if they'll let me do this Monday, or will I have to wait until it comes out for general public on Thursday? We do have a Visa card, but if you have to book through Visa's site than I'm guessing they can't change existing reservations. Anyone have any idea how it works if you've already booked?

I guess I'll call Disney direct Monday morning and hope for the best

I just called the disney visa # and she wouldn't really confirm anything but she did check to see if they had my email in their system, and they didnt! so she put it in. I told her I get email confirmations from them when I make a payment, but I have never recieved anything else.

If I dont get an email from them, with the code I guess Im supposed to call them for it? then call disney to book right?

Last year you only had to put the deposit on your Disney Visa to book early. I called and did it on the 3rd day as our trip was last minute. You can't just have the card, you have to use it. If you booked your original package with your disney visa it should be honored.

We booked through Dreams Unlimited and our agent was able to make all our ADRs at the 180 mark so we're all set there! I'm so excited!!

Yes, but only the deposit. I put the $200 deposit on my card, then went on line later and paid the balance with my disney reward points.
