I also just bit the bullet and booked airfare. I couldn't fart around waiting for them to drop any longer. I was living in fear of them getting all booked up one day and then being screwed. Ended up costing up $1200 vs. the $800 I was hoping for but... at least it's booked now.

So, I was a little worried about crowds with the cheer and dance championships. I checked the WWos site and here's what I found.

National High School Cheerleading Championship
February 12 - 14, 2010

National All Star Cheerleading Championship
March 12 - 14, 2010

I'm so excited to be going that I don't mind a little cheerleader spirit but I was curious. Thought I'd plan days around when they might be at certain parks as groups. It looks like they won't be there when we are.
I imagine that a person could find scheduals for the competitions and itineraries for recreation days on the UDA or UCA sites.

Just joined this site!! The Easterlings will be vacationing at Polynesian February 12-18!! We are pumped!! Never been in February, never stayed at the Poly. Sixth trip to Disney. Got all our favorite restaurants booked and at the exact times I want. Yipee!! Or should I be scared that something is wrong???

Hello all. I'm looking forward to my annual trip to Disney. I will be vacationing from Feb 2-Feb 7 and staying at Port Orleans-French Quarter. I can't wait. Last year I stayed outside the world, but I realized that staying in the world just cannot be beat.

Hi Alli!

We're going to be kind of hitting the ground running, because our first night is an EMH evening at Epcot and we never miss those evening EMH's there or at MK. I am hoping like crazy that our room will be ready when we get there, so we can take some sort of rest. We will have been up since around 2:30am, and we'll never make it to EMH without a nap or something!

We're gonna go explore the grounds and relax at or in the pool depending on temperature. Then we're heading to Downtown Disney for shopping and dinner at Raglan Road.

I'd love to go to the parks but I think we'll get some relaxation before heading to the Studios on Thursday.

Alright so I called back and yes they say the 13th of Feb open to book it.

Just wanted to say that we'll be there on the 13th too! Yay, mini-DIS-meet time!

We should arrive at Poly around noon on Feb. 5th. We always have a quick lunch at Captain Cook's and then motor launch to MK. It's become a tradition.

We're getting in the same day as you! Our plane doesn't land until 4:45PM. The first two nights we're staying at ASMusic and we don't expect to be able to go out and about until sometime around 7:00PM, so we're going to head over to Epcot and have a late dinner at Coral Reef. It'll be around 9PM when we eat but we're from CA so it'll really only be 6PM our time, perfect dinner time

Our plane gets in at 7:08 pm. Once we make it over to POFQ, we will check in. MK as extra hours, so we will head over there ride BTMRR (we did this our first trip, so DH says its now a tradition), then eat at Peco's Bills. We are leaving CA at 8 am and get in to MCO at 7pm, so I dont know how tired we will be, but it must be done!

I am still planning on AK for EMH. We have an ADR at T-Rex, but I am not sure we will make it there in time. Our plane gets in at 10:45, and we have an ADR for 12:45 at T-Rex. Hmmmmmm? Still thinking on that one.

We are arriving around lunch time on Feb. 2. We're hoping that our room will be ready so we can head over to EPCOT on the first day. We're scheduled to have dinner at the Biergarten at 6:00.

Has anyone noticed the distinct lack of parades and fireworks on the MK schedule for Thursday, February 3rd? All it lists are the AM EMH and park hours... no parades or Wishes. Touring Plans lists the Celebrate a Dream Come True parade, MSEP and Wishes... so is it just an oversight/mistake on the WDW calendar?

ETA: Now everything's listed. I swear it wasn't there a minute ago!!

we arrive @ 10:30 a.m. so we'll head to ASMU, check in, check out the grounds, etc. and then head to DTD. I have ADR for T-Rex @ 5:30ish.
