Pool is heated (think the quiet pool is warmer).

there were some issues as to WDW setting back the temp. in the pools early last year, believe they re-thought their cost saving measures due to customer complaints.

MassMom - thanks for the update. Lucky you....would love to be stranded for an extra 2 days!

Question for anyone who can answer....we would like to eat breakfast at WCC on our last morning. Will we need an ADR??? Thanks for the help. :thumbsup2
/QUOTE]

Whenever I walked by in the morning last week, it didn't seem that busy, though we were usually out of the building by 8:15 every day. On a different but related note, I made an ADR for lunch one day - the same day we wanted to go there - and every time period was open. Made ADR for 2 PM (thinking we'd have a late lunch), family wanted to eat earlier, walked in at 1 PM and they sat us immediately - plenty of tables available. Dinner was a different story...ADRs very hard to get.

Thanks again MassMom - that's what I was thinking....definitely need dinner ADRs (all set with my dinner ADRs :thumbsup2 ), but probably not breakfast. We have 2 little ones, so it would be an early breakfast.

One more question, for anyone that can answer (they're hitting me all at once!!!)....
Is there a store where we can buy some bananas, apples, milk (larger than single-serving)?? Roaring Forks? or the Mercantile?

Thanks!

I stayed in the WL in April for 3 nights.. I plan to go for a week or so next may with my elderly Mom..She would love to sit on the balcony and drink coffee etc.. We had a wonderful woods view that overlooked a section of the MK...It had one of those high solid balconies that you could oly see over if you stood up..I will probably get a woods view again and I wonder if there is a section or floor i can request that has a nice woods view, but not high solid balcony...I knoew one of you experts will know..

You can hop over to FW settlement post and pick up a few things. Thats what I do. They have a better seletion to choose from due to the campers.

Add us in!! We are going to be there Dec. 16th-23rd!!! Cant wait Cant wait!! Does anyone know where I can get an updated menu for Roaring Forks? Deb Willis' menu site lists it from 12/05 I believe, and I know things have changed since then. Thanks so much

We ate there 2 mornings ago - walked right in at about 8;30-ish. (When my husband suggested we go there I said "but we dont have ADR's - he'd just walked thru the lobby to get coffee - and he responded "there are two families in there...." ) It was yummy!!!!! And very calm compared to dinner!
